I had originally reserved a trailer at the Daniel Webster location in Nashua a week before when i arrived they told me they didnt have it and I had to go to there other store which is quite a drive I wasn't to thrilled about that but also I had returned my trailer a little later then had planned for and got charged for another day I would think I would have been given a discount for having to go out of my way to get the trailer in the first place ....

The clerk was very busy and handled the people well. I put the open trailer back where it needed to be. She took a quick look and closed the rental. It took all of three minutes once she was able to serve me. Similar efficiency on renting it. I'm a repeat customer there so that goes quickly. The only problem was one of the chains came loose. Trivial to fix and not dangerous. UHaul installed a hitch on my car. I chose that rather than buying or renting a truck. Much cheaper and greener.

Customer service is great. The trailer I rented was solid and was exactly what I had expected with one exception. The trailer’s taillights stayed lit and didn’t blink with the directionals of my vehicle. Thankfully it was a pretty small trailer where you could see my truck’s directionals ok. At least they stayed lit the whole time. I reported this to them when I returned it, and they said they’d look into it.

The trailer was old and beat up,the trailer brakes would lock up and was throwing my car around.Very unsatisfied ,usually u haul is pretty good and I rent trailers quite a bit but this time it made for some white knuckle driving.

Found me a trailer when the unit I reserved was not coming in on time. Made most directions clear. I wish I had more guidance for the return. I just tucked the trailer into an availble parking spot, took a picture, and called the next morning to check it out. Only complaint (not even this location's fault) was that I reserved for 9am and was texted confirmation for 11am. I would appreciate a call offering other options in line with my originally stated timeline. I probably would have grabbed a van or two.

The location and equipment was outstanding! I am concerned that I was overcharged (2x). The online return system informed me that I would be contacted about this within 24 hours. It has been 40 hours, and I have not heard from Uhaul. My credit card has been overcharged. I called Uhaul, talked to a representative, who agreed with me, and was forwarded to Customer Service. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were very polite and apologetic after dealing with computer and printer problems right at opening but handled it very well. Only complaint was in regards to the app to return equipment after hours. It locked up at payment processing and would no allow me to complete the return. I was able to call customer service and complete the return in the morning.

I called for a quote for using a truck between Merrimack and hills borough and was given a quote of $117. When we picked up the truck they charged $147. They were unable to give me an address in Hillsboro where I could drop it off.

During my visit to pick up my rental the U-Haul computer system was down and the employee was not able to complete any rentals. The line grew pretty long and many customers were waiting over an hour. I commend the employee for keeping his composure and doing everything he could to help in a difficult customer service situation. It took an hour for me to get my rental, but the equipment and drop-off were excellent.
