Booked a 5x8 covered trailer online and when I got there I was informed that they didn’t have that trailer. I unfortunately had to take an uncovered trailer as that was all he had. This was after waiting 15 min line with only 1 employee working. He also had to hook up trailers by himself so he was doing it all. I will never rent here again. Awful business practice.

I was basically ripped off.. over 300$ for 6 hours of use and less then 15 miles round trip.. tryed to getting a response.. but just keep getting generic responses like oh we'll get back to you in 24 to 48 hours but everyone just keeps telling me the same thing that they can't help me what a disgrace. I will never use Uhaul Services ever again!

I reserved a Van but it wasn't available because Amazon took all the Vans. If the Van wasn't available, I shouldn't have been available to secure or if Amazon requested the Van after my confirmation, the Van shouldn't have been released to Amazon. This is a corporate U-hual issue, not a local location issue.

Suggest that customers be given the opportunity to see the rental equipment before being asked to sign a Damage Waiver indicating there is no pre-existing damage. When I asked to see the equipment prior to signing the waiver, I was told by the employee handling my reservation "Please don't waste my time" and when replied that this is a legal agreement I'm being asked to sign, "Do you want the trailer or not". I've had great experiences at this U-Haul in the past, but not this time.

The side mirrors and the inside of the windshield had to be washed before I could start my long drive. Its been a day now and I'm still waiting for my receipt to be emailed to me as promised. Guess I'll have to call them.

The return process is awful. It took almost an hour and half to clear paperwork and truck clearance . You need a minimum of 3 people during busy times

first to make a reservation the phone would ring and ring etc. It took 35 minutes to pick up the truck because one person doing customers. I usually go to another dealer and in 10 minutes I am in and out. I happened to be close to this location so I did it. I do not know if I would do it it again

Rented a 17’ truck. Pickup went well, but the truck was dirty inside. Went came time to drop off, there was only one guy working...took us longer to drop off truck, than to drive there. Once it was our turn, everything went well. Would have been beter if there were a second worker to do the running outside to check/show equipment.

waited half a hour to return truck, only one representative was stuck trying to service another customer; I finally had to leave keys because my ride was late and would leave me without a ride. Had to go back the next day (today) to get receipt and bill, which was not sent via email. Two trips and a lot of wasted time for no good reason.

I have never had a worse experience with uhaul. Not only did they change my pick up location the night before, I called 4 people and finally got someone in Texas about mileage. They said it was set, but the next morning not only did they not have the truck I ordered they hadn't put in the mileage. They made me an hour late for the movers. The guy I dealt with was rude and the place was severely understaffed. The next morning after I dropped the truck at 10 pm the night before they tried to say I never returned it. This whole experience has put me off of uhaul. I do not recommend them in the slightest.

Thought I signed up for mobile pickup but when I got there and tried to sign in, it said no equipment was assigned to me. Luckily my reservation was for 7am, when they opened, so I was able to wait a few mins for someone to show up. The employee told me to call customer service because it seems like they didn’t assign me a location to pickup from...??? So I called customer service and the woman was helpful in calling the store to make sure they helped me out. They ended up finding my reservation and a van for me to take. By the time I was out on the road I was 10 mins late and almost just missed the drop off time.

Both representatives were very professional and courteous. One of them went the extra mile to move a truck out of the way so that I could maneuver the larger truck through the parking lot. He greeted me on the return and thanked me for the business.

I reserved a 10' truck in the am. When I got there they did not have one. I asked "do you always rent a vehicle that you do not have?" I was told by the representative that "we do not" I told him that you just did, because I am here and there is no vehicle here. He did not answer and continued to call around looking for one. He found one miles away and I told him that I would be paying for about an unneeded 25 miles. There was no offer of compensation. As I was about to leave a truck came in sooner than expected. I waited while the truck was cleaned and checked in. Your master order number is: 98297117

Wait times can be a lengthy, similar to renting a vehicle- there are forms etc I reserved and completed the forms online at home while watching TV..Made checkout at UHaul much quicker and easier for us all !
