At drop off, the gentleman just stood outside of the truck with his phone entering data. He didn't say anything. After a while I just opened the door and asked "am I all set". He said yeah and that was it. Convenient and quick but maybe have the employee say hello and give some instructions?

Notify customers in advance what to expect when using the Mass Pike, regarding the lack of an EZPass and the fee that comes later. Not a problem, but would have avoided concern if we knew ahead of time that we'd get the bill for the EZ pass afterwards. Also, good to know ahead that the gas tank lid does not need a key or latch release, and you just open it to fill up (left side).

The truck I rented was given to me with a DEAD battery. I had to jump start the truck on THREE separate occasions. I attempted to contact the office with no response I was stranded during my move. Very poor customer service. Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Customer service was not helpful at all trying to rectify the situation.

Make gift cards/codes easier to apply as to rid the need for refunds that take several business days to be processed. Also your staff are all so friendly and helpful. I even got a pat on the back for my 1st time towing and reversing skills! Thank the nice man for me. I should’ve gotten his name; he was a middle-aged Hispanic man around 5’5” tall who worked both the day I picked up and dropped off the trailor. Even showed me how to disconnect it!!! Great employees there.

Why do i still need to go inside to get the keys to the truck if im using the 24/7 pickup app. that makes no sense and turned a 10 minute process into a 45 minute process as I had to go an wait in line after filling everything out on the app.

I didn't have place to park the vehicle. I had to drop-off after hours and I cannot leave it on road. And it is 26" truck, it is not that easy to move it around in the parking lot either. I spent 1 and half hour spending in the parking lot to place it somewhere. And I ended up getting a invoice with charges for 2 rental periods.

I went there and told the general manager that I will be back in 1hr, recognizing that they will be closed, I asked if I could check-out online which he responded yes to. I got there, had issues with tech, called customer service, on the phone for 40 mins. I was told to leave the vehicle. total talk and rental time was 2.5 hrs. I left the lot at 8:40 am. I checked my account next morning and saw a charge for almost 14 hrs. I called customer service again and the manager was suppose to call, but that didn't happen. I use Uhaul all the time and never felt the need to check receipt, I am going back to reconcile. likely the last time I am renting, purchased a new truck due to arrive on Tuesday today.

I had a storage unit on top and even though there is AC in stairs, it was piping hot in unit. Also, there was no light in unit which made it hard to see. Horrible access to unit area as well. Would not recommend this storage area to anyone. The truck I rented was well maintained and ran well.
