I dropped my trailer off at this location. I spoke to the store clerk about who I should speak to concerning the trailer. The clerk was the uhaul rep and was confused about the process. She kept asking if I had paper work, to which I responded “ I was only sent emails” showing her my confirmation number and drop off location. The rep told me to just drop it off. She finally came outside as I’m unhooking the trailer and got my information. I took pictures of the trailer and the address to confirm the drop off, due to lack of physical confirmation from the uhaul rep.

See my customer file for further comments about the uHaul located at 8900 Davis Blvd, Naples, FL. WORST user experience I have ever had. Trailers located at actual site - Mobil Gas Station. Oliver, the ‘guy’ who does the paperwork (which you never see a copy of other than email) is across a 7 lane highway in the Marathon Gas Station. Staff at the trailer pickup site are totally clueless as to the uHaul rental process. Oliver, the guy doing the necessary online data entries was reluctant to process the transaction as he stated that he didn’t work for them anymore/wasn’t his job??? I needed to connect the trailer to my vehicle and also carry out my own daft checks. I will never use them again, and will certainly never recommend this location to a friend. The clerk was clueless. I had to go across the highway to the neighbor marathon gas station to check out and obtain a receipt. The location I was told to take the truck to couldn’t give a receipt. I was not happy to have to walk across 6 lanes of traffic to do this. This place should not be a U-Haul dealer!

When I arrived at this location I was greeted by someone who had no idea what was going on as far as uhaul was concerned and it took about 15 minutes for her to figure out that I had to go to the other gas station to do the paperwork. I was then instructed to walk across a busy highway with no cross walk to get to this other gas station. After arriving to the other gas station I was made to wait another 15 minutes before starting my check in procedure. (Also keep in mind there was no other customers in sight) once the paperwork was finished I was told there would be no inspection of the truck, and that I needed to walk back across the highway where the truck is located to pick up the key. After walking back across and receiving the key I performed my own inspection which luckily went fine because it was a pretty new truck. BUT of course the gas was below what was stated on the contract. So I went inside the location where I got the key from, showed a picture and was told I’d need to walk across again to talk to the others. After making a bit of a fuss because I needed to be on the road at 8 am and it was now 9am they got on the phone, and was told it was ok to just return it to where it is now when I dropped it off. I returned the truck at 6 pm the same day, filled to the exact spot. And of course was told there was no note made on my contract so I would be paying for the gas missing. It was only about 8$ so I just gave in and didn’t argue, but need to include this just under principal, and to be descriptive as possible on my experience at this location. If you are looking up my account you should be able to see that this was not my first time renting from uhaul, but there is a good chance that it will be my last. I own a local moving company, and use you guys when convenient, but today was just an all around joke. This location should not be allowed to represent the uhaul name, and you are doing yourself a GREAT disservice by allow them to do so..

This location should not have trailers to rent. There is no one there to assist putting the trailer on. The trailer was not in a location I could just back up to it!!! I had to physically lift and drag the trailer. Most women cannot do this and I should not have because I ended up pulling my back and hurting myself. This is a terrible, terrible location and I will NEVER use it again!!!!!

Little or no assistance is provided to the customer who may not have any experience with attaching a trailer to their vehicle. Pretty much given the receipt and a tag number to find your trailer and then see you tomorrow. Nearly had to beg to have someone walk out with me to offer the minimum assistance. Otherwise the trailer did exactly what I needed it to do.

No one there to check my tow dolly in a guy that was there took the paperwork and I left that was Saturday around 5 pm told uhaul was closed then got a call from uhaul asking where was tow dolly turn in . Not the greatest rental experience I have had

It took 45 minutes to get the U-Haul. I had to speak to someone on a phone and my drop off location changed from what was reserved initially. He sent the updated info to my app on my phone. Then when I returned the U-Haul, they would not accept it!

Cab dirty, smelled & was given NO instructions on the vehicle. No walk around for previous damage, person on phone & waiting on gas station customers & just kept us standing there waiting for her to get back to us. I would never recommend this place to anyone for Uhaul or anything else. Very rude & inconsiderate.

comunicative english could be much better. The registration /paperwork seemed slow even though I had arranged details on line the week before. While in flight the U-Haul pickup site on Tamiami in Florida contacted me . They had not gotten the truck I anticipated returned so they sent me to the U-Haul dealer at the gas station in Naples. Calling the second dealer on the way, began my comunication struggle ... I must give high marks for the on-line service, the equipment and the turn-in at Klamazoo. My mission was a success. Glad to make it home for the Holidays. Thank you

The employee didn’t even acknowledge me until I asked if I turn in the trailer here. He was helping a man with a rental and told me he would get to me after him but I couldn’t understand him. He took so long with the man and that man was getting impatient. The employee Oliver told me to leave my contract and go but I said I wouldn’t leave my contract that I needed him to acknowledge the trailer is here. He said he didn’t know why I was so rude that he was doing me a favor. I said I was doing him a favor.? So he was rude, not sure what he was doing and took forever to do his job beside the fact he had to work the pumps and the register. Ridiculous

I have never been told to hook up my own trailer at uhaul before and have rented many trailers from you. I had to go back inside to ask for a wiring harness. Good thing I know how to hook up a trailer.
