I think you have two locations very near each other. This was the location I was to drop off but the clerk was basically clueless. But I did receive my receipt pretty quickly, which was good.

local agent was very nice but trying to handle paper work and work counter as cashier for convenience store in busy morning hours. She was overworked but tried hard. Pick up process was way too long and agent put me on phone with U Haul person who was pushy about insurance even though I declined it. Way too much red tape when reservation was made on line and all questions could have been dealt with in the on line process

In defense of the location the internet was down at the time I picked up the rental. The people managing the location were totally unprepared and unsure on what to do, they didn’t want to give me truck w/o the contract signed/!they didn’t have the fuel level correct/ they kept me waiting for over twenty minutes while they delt with other customers . When I returned the truck thier gas pumps were still not functioning requiring me to drive a distance to refuel. I have rented from this location before and the service was just as bad that time. I will not be returning.

I did the express check in on line and the girl at the counter made me go through the whole process when I arrived! I was there 40 mins. Then she wanted to charge me again! After a phone call she gave me the car dolly and I left! NOT happy with this location!

The service at the location was slow. I called the manager that was very helpful and sorted my checkin out - the truck was great after the first truck could unfortunately not start so it was kindly switched and the handoff in Brandenton was great too

Truck located at gas station where the store attendant was not a U-Haul principal. Some un-easiness due to store attendant having to call someone for approval to give the keys to the truck to me. It might have been better if I were provided with the number and the name of the person that was to be telephoned to get the key - a back up phone number would be appreciated if no contact were possible.(u-[haul employee). . .

The woman that “checked” me in was the most vile, unfriendly, inhospitable, unpleasant, disrespectful, disgruntled person I have dealt with in all my memory!!!!! There were three returns at the same time. All of us were beside ourselves with the vile, none greeting - WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE look and non-verbal star of discussed from this U-Haul representative. Wow is all I can say...

I was going to pick up the u-haul, but at the last minute I could not so my boyfriend did, and thank God because there was only a very petite woman there and the uhaul was filthy it had broken glass and dirt in the back, but worse there was noone there to attach the trailer to the truck, my boyfriend had to do it...I would not have been able to. And that would have delayed our trip by 3 hours....

Nobody helped to attached the trailer or check it out. When I asked, the person said he didn't need to come outside. I had to do it myself. The next day before I loaded the trailer, I checked the tire pressure. Should be 65psi. Left 2 tires were at 58 psi, right two were correctly inflated. I added air to the left tires. Also there was mud and dirt in the trailer that I had to sweep out. Please don't ever send me to this location.

Location was a gas station work one employee. Had to wait for the employee to make sandwiches in the Subway area of the station and wait on other customers before she could get to me. When calling the location to confirm the reservation was put on hold then the man disconnected the call. No answer when I immediately called back. During the next attempt to confirm the reservation, the man told me he was too busy to look up the reservation and I would have to call back

Due to issue with drop off location they were not helpful with the issue at hand. This is something that should of been taken care of at pick up location (which I was told it was fine) yet got charged $40

I dropped my trailer off at this location. I spoke to the store clerk about who I should speak to concerning the trailer. The clerk was the uhaul rep and was confused about the process. She kept asking if I had paper work, to which I responded “ I was only sent emails” showing her my confirmation number and drop off location. The rep told me to just drop it off. She finally came outside as I’m unhooking the trailer and got my information. I took pictures of the trailer and the address to confirm the drop off, due to lack of physical confirmation from the uhaul rep.

See my customer file for further comments about the uHaul located at 8900 Davis Blvd, Naples, FL. WORST user experience I have ever had. Trailers located at actual site - Mobil Gas Station. Oliver, the ‘guy’ who does the paperwork (which you never see a copy of other than email) is across a 7 lane highway in the Marathon Gas Station. Staff at the trailer pickup site are totally clueless as to the uHaul rental process. Oliver, the guy doing the necessary online data entries was reluctant to process the transaction as he stated that he didn’t work for them anymore/wasn’t his job??? I needed to connect the trailer to my vehicle and also carry out my own daft checks. I will never use them again, and will certainly never recommend this location to a friend. The clerk was clueless. I had to go across the highway to the neighbor marathon gas station to check out and obtain a receipt. The location I was told to take the truck to couldn’t give a receipt. I was not happy to have to walk across 6 lanes of traffic to do this. This place should not be a U-Haul dealer!

When I arrived at this location I was greeted by someone who had no idea what was going on as far as uhaul was concerned and it took about 15 minutes for her to figure out that I had to go to the other gas station to do the paperwork. I was then instructed to walk across a busy highway with no cross walk to get to this other gas station. After arriving to the other gas station I was made to wait another 15 minutes before starting my check in procedure. (Also keep in mind there was no other customers in sight) once the paperwork was finished I was told there would be no inspection of the truck, and that I needed to walk back across the highway where the truck is located to pick up the key. After walking back across and receiving the key I performed my own inspection which luckily went fine because it was a pretty new truck. BUT of course the gas was below what was stated on the contract. So I went inside the location where I got the key from, showed a picture and was told I’d need to walk across again to talk to the others. After making a bit of a fuss because I needed to be on the road at 8 am and it was now 9am they got on the phone, and was told it was ok to just return it to where it is now when I dropped it off. I returned the truck at 6 pm the same day, filled to the exact spot. And of course was told there was no note made on my contract so I would be paying for the gas missing. It was only about 8$ so I just gave in and didn’t argue, but need to include this just under principal, and to be descriptive as possible on my experience at this location. If you are looking up my account you should be able to see that this was not my first time renting from uhaul, but there is a good chance that it will be my last. I own a local moving company, and use you guys when convenient, but today was just an all around joke. This location should not be allowed to represent the uhaul name, and you are doing yourself a GREAT disservice by allow them to do so..

This location should not have trailers to rent. There is no one there to assist putting the trailer on. The trailer was not in a location I could just back up to it!!! I had to physically lift and drag the trailer. Most women cannot do this and I should not have because I ended up pulling my back and hurting myself. This is a terrible, terrible location and I will NEVER use it again!!!!!
