Only dropped off truck, did not meet with rep.
nathan pU-Haul screwed up my reservation 81410931 for the trailer at Precision Auto Clean, 803 N University Dr, Nacogdoches, TX 75961. The trailer was not there. Luckily the person Precision Auto Clean work hard to find a solution. My options were to go 2 hours away for my trailer or pay a higher price for a truck, which I had no choice but to except the additional fees. If I can find an alternative moving company other than U-Haul I will use them.
John PThe man working the location was easy to work with. Quick and to the point. Very refreshing.
Trenton VThe gas tank had a big hole in it where someone stole gas from the truck. I felt jolted because we paid for $30 in fuel that we didn’t use. We didn’t know about the hole until we fueled up to return the truck. 😞 We unknowingly lost a lot of fuel in our move. Not fair.
