No appliance dolly was available, though I requested and paid for there to be. I called customer service that day to let them know it was not there. I was still charged for the dolly.

My original location did not have the truck staged, so I had to go 44 miles, round-trip, the opposite way. This led to more miles on my personal vehicle, the uhaul and extra time.

The location I like picked the truck up front was excellent!! Great customer service. If I move again, I will be back!! On the other hand, the customer service on the u haul 800 number was nothing short of frustrating. Extra training needed.
