The lady at the drop off location was great! She showed me where to leave the cargo (enclosed) trailer. She also was helpful and the whole process took 5 minutes or less!

The U-Haul had cigarette ashes in it and smelled like cigarette smoke. The tank was on E and we had 8 miles to get to a gas station.

Kimberly H.I needed the truck a day longer and I looked all over the website after I logged on and never did find where I could let y'all know I needed the truck another day! I called one time and stayed on the phone sautéing for 30 minutes. I called a different number and got pretty quick service. Make it easier to add another day.
