There were people there before us who were still using the truck and it took over an hour for us waiting before we even got the truck. We asked the lady at the reception if she could give us a discount because we waited so long she said she would have to call uhaul give us a call back but she never called us and we never received a discount for our wasted time.

Nobody told me about the check in process, and it was a nightmare because I tried to do it from home, once I dropped the trailer off at the store, and nobody was there. I had to go BACK and figure it out on the phone. Not cool!

The equipment was faulty, the safety chain had a broken S hook, the wiring was bad & the screws that held pin that holds the ramps in place were stripped & we dropped the ramp during the trip. When the repairman came out in AZ, he told me that the Foley had a bad wheel as well & would never make the trip to OH. Thankfully he was a U Haul vendor & was able to switch out the dolley for me. I have never had such poor equipment or service from a company.

I rented the 26' for one day. when I tried to bring it back the office was closed and no one told me they were closed on Thursdays when I picked it up. there were no instructions on site on how to return the truck. there was only one phone number on the receipt and when I called the first time the lady said she doesn't handle that and transferred me to a recording saying " Were closed and that we'd be open again on the 26th and have a Merry Christmas" I called again and again was told that they didn't handle that and they'd have to transfer me and I was on hold for 14 min's and no one picked up so I hung up. the uhaul store didn't have a key drop off slot so I put the keys in the "leave receipt slot"

1. Received a call this AM that the dolly and blankets were not in the van when returned but the van was empty when I picked it up. 2. Was told gas meter was just below the 5/8 mark when returned. 3. Was charged 69 cents for 60 miles. I drove at most 40 miles. In the end I should have taken photos but instead of wasting energy with this company arguing over 20 or 30 dollars, I will go with another option next time.

I was provided a truck that was not cleaned and then I was charged a cleaning fee. I spoke to the on-site representative who indicated that they had already submitted the paperwork to uhaul and therefore could not credit me back the money. I called a representative on the uhaul 1800 number who indicated that they would have a representative call me back and a week later I still have not heard from anyone. Please note that I rented twice from this location, all within a weeks time. I have spent money with uhaul on many occasions and I am shocked at the lack of customer support and response

Nothing, the gal (sorry, forgot her name) behind the counter was so helpful. Trying to figure out how we were gonna wrap the tv, etc... Moving day can be hectic, but the truck was clean and ready to go! Very impressed!
