I was very pleased with Jesse Brasher the Red carpet employee and the facility. As far as UHaul goes I am very disappointed and will most likely never use them again. I rented a truck a week and a half ahead of time. The day I was to pick up my truck I got an email saying that my truck would not be available till after 1pm. My reservation was for 9am. So now I have mover I paid not able to move. Jesse was able to put me in a smaller truck but it took three times the cost to move due to needing the hired help thee times as long with drive times. Once again Red Carpet was great UHaul was horrible.

call customers should RUN and rent from someone else!!! There were multiple poor reviews than I should have listened to. Everybody seems to be trained differently nobody’s quoting the right numbers to everybody they bill incorrectly and they charge you differently. the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing in this corporation anymore. just because you’ve been around for a long time doesn’t mean you can take it as vantage of people. I am so sick of this the reviews were correct you are the worst I will never rent from U-Haul again and I went to many other times over the past years. I will be disputing the last $60 you decided Ione. Do you has been around way too long to continue this horrible customer service and non-education of all the employees running the place. BE ASHAMED!! U HAUL USED TO BE MUCH BETTER THAN THIS.

The off hours (Sunday) turn in procedure was not explained during pickup and the building lacked sufficient signage to determine the turn in procedure. I had to call U-haul to determine that I needed to check the truck in via the app. There were no signs on the front of the building, where the office is, indicating that the key drop box was on the other side of the building.

This location is significantly understaffed. It took over a half hour to get service. When I returned the truck just a few hours later I was told I could leave the keys or wait at least 20 minutes for the agent to check me in. So we left the keys and I see he conveniently added $9.10 for fuel. We brought the truck back with the exact same fuel as on our contract with was between 1/2 and 1/4 tank. I returned it yesterday and it’s just today your getting around to checking it in. This is why I wanted it checked in while I was there and asking me to wait at least 20 minutes it laughable. Completely poor experience.

I was recommended to get a dolly but wasn’t informed that the uhaul didn’t have a ramp so I couldn’t even use the dolly. So I paid for a dolly that I could not even use. Highly upset they would recommend something have never pay for it and I can’t even use it.

I was overcharged in comparison to the website reservation. There was no multiday discount. This was honored at another location in Murfreesboro but this location charged the full amount per day for the rental then charged Arizona tax rates? VERY DISSAPOINTING! I needed the trailer on that day so I was unable to say no. Next time I will rent from another location.

I was told repeatedly that the rate was .30 a mile. My mother heard this on the day I placed the order at the red carpet storage then my 26 year old son the day I picked it up. So it wasnt that I just miss heard them it was said on 2 different days by 2 different employees. I was charged .99 yes it was on my contract. My fault for not looking at it but I was in a hurry I was moving. I have used uhaul several times in the past because we move alot for my work. But I would never work with these people again. Makes me wonder if I would use uhaul again if these are the type of companies the affiliate with.
