Ipw W.We were charged extra for miles we didn't drive. We also reserved the truck from another location, but they suddenly didn't have the truck and we were directed to another location. They also didn't tell us we had to return it to the original location not the pick up location so we did have extra driving from that. It was a pretty awful experience that cost us $40 more than we were told we would being paying.
Sarah S.WiFi is intermittent at this area, on-line completion of check in and out was hampered by lack of a solid connection. Not necessarily the fault of the station.
