Not able to even get into the yard to drop the trailers. Call the number for returns and was told at 3pm to take it there. At 3:15 pm not able to talk or get into the storage area. Call the number back and was told that they close at 12pm. Very disappointed. After a while a person who had the code to the gate for his storage area let me in and I dropped it off.DOUGLAS EUGENE A.

The whole drop-off process was a disaster. I had tried to change the drop-off location using the U-Haul website, the 800 number and when I picked up the equipment in Arkansas. The website kept sending back through the same loop, never presenting me with the opportunity to change the drop-off location. The 800 number kept me on hold for 45 minutes until finally I gave up. Johnson's hardware did actually input my preferred drop-off location, but when the contract printed out, it still had the location I did not want. On the day of drop-off, I talked to three different U-Hail employees about changing the location. The manager of the contract location flatly refused to allow me to drop off the truck in a different location; the other two said that I could but would probably be charged for a "wrong location". One of these had some kind of regional responsibility and he said that if I were charged, he would immediately refund me the money. I was charged---no refund has been forthcoming in almost a week; and I was also charged for two extra days rather than the one extra day that I did use. The equipment was fine but trying to have a reasonable conversation with U-Haul is pretty much impossible. I will never use them again.HAROLD C.

The worst experience I have ever had. Not only did you guys completely mess up our reservation the managers and higher ups that we had to deal with were no help at all! We gave you guys plenty of opportunities to make it right and you refused. We refuse to use your business anymore. Not only did you lose us as future customers many of our friends and family refuse to use you as well. I recommend you guys working on your customer service. It had nothing to do with the pick up location or the drop off location. They both were very helpful.Robert B.
Within 3 weeks I rented a 10 ft truck twice, first time from a young man and the service was exceptional. However, the 2nd rental of same truck for 24 hour period I was charged for three days, not one day. Then I was overcharged for the mileage. I contacted corporate office and was told they would take care of it, it's been several weeks and no reply ! The difference in the two rentals was 1. Rental #1 I payed cash and 2. Rental #2 I used my debit card therefore they can charge you whatever they want with a debit card.Pamela T.

Deal keep standing behind trailer as I backed into parking place. I had to make him move before I finally parked trailer. He could have been crushed between the trailer and cyclone fence had something gone wrong. Make this a safety lesson. Too many people have died in this type of situation.Robert W.

When the tow company towed the truck to this location supposedly opens at 9 am, there was no one there. I was on the verge of loosing it and called road side assistance again and on hold again, the tow truck employee was on the phone with his company trying to figure out what to do. Finally some one showed up 15 minutes late, she informed us that she was not an employee of U Haul and was very frustrated about all the people that were waiting outside the gate. She did assist us in getting a new U-Haul truck.Linda L.

No human beings at this location. Could not exit the parking lot. Trapped inside Gated area for 45 minutes. Uhaul software did not help. Software did not tell me to write down the entrance gate code so I could get out of the parking area. On hold with Uhaul 45 minutes. Local site doesn't answer phone. What a nightmare. Trapped. The dealer was very nice and set a cold bottle of water out for me while I was on the phone with a rep after having had trouble with the app and website. It was 100deg outside and very thoughtful. Then then I had verification and talked to another rep who figured out My mistakes and I got it done overall a good experience. The dealer and service reps were great. A+GEORGE G.
