The drop off locations is odd. When one turns off Mathis Ferry Road, the Location drop off is vague creating confusion in regards to the physical place. Had to stop a nearby office for directions after you drive by the office for the sign inground says go ahead and I did. That office nearby said they get asked all the time. Signs in the ground clearly to go here drop off the keys and hereto drop off the truck Saying what to do or the website would help. It is frustrating . Would be nice for clear signs and an easy location to pull into for individuals.

Made my reservation and when I got to the location it was cancelled. I sincerely don’t understand how could that been cancelled when I called myself the reservations number and had a reservation for that day. They run out trucks and never notify me. I felt this was very decififul and that Uhaul takes advantage of people.

The truck I rented leaked (it was heavily raining the day we moved) and all of my belongings on the left side of the truck were saturated with rain water. To inlude my mattress, box springs, an antique hope chest made by my great-grandfather and my wife’s wedding dress box. I want a full refund!

They misrepresented how much gas I returned it with (I have photos). I returned it with the same amount I got it with but they billed me for being 1/16 “short”. Besides photos disproving this, I drove the truck for 38 miles and put almost 5 gallons in it ($10). Yet, they charged me about 2 1/2 gallons to fill up the vehicle. What a crock. It’s a small amount and you people obviously need the $8 more than I do, but it’s not good business practices to do this your customers. My suspicion is $8 for every customer adds up, and this is happening to other people. Thanks.

I tried calling the location twice to see if truck was available, without my call being returned. In the end I ordered the truck through Uhaul online app and crossed my fingers. When I picked up, the rep was friendly and helpful and told me the truck fuel level was at full, and to simply refill it before return. On entering the truck I found the fuel level to be at 5/8, so i went back to rep and let him know. He said he would adjust the paperwork.Before returning the truck i refilled to 3/4 - but when I got my emailed copy of bill today it showed a $24 refuelling charge. I called HQ cos I couldn't get through to local - they gave me follow-up ref # 2108676. I am awaiting a call back to confirm refund.

Uncle Bob's was closed during business hours. They charged me for additional mileage and I was told it was unlimited mileage when I picked up the truck. I cannot get anyone to answer a phone to discuss this charge. This is the 2nd time I've rented from that Uhaul location and the 2nd issue I've had being improperly charged. I'm not happy. They owe me $27.08.

Remove the extremely unprofessional staff that handled my transaction. I was appalled of this person treatment of me. My colleague who accompanied me was taken aback by the lack of customer service experienced at this Uhaul store. I called the Uhaul customer service department and provided them with the details... unbelievable!
