Seemed like the staff was inconvenienced by me dropping off a truck. I asked if they wanted to double check the truck (and furniture pads I rented) and all the lady told me was that I needed to move the truck down the street to the gravel lot and drop the key off in the box.
Terrible customer service. Rude and not interested in helping in anyway. This employee should be let go
Horrible check in. Truck cabin had cigarette butts. Smelled of cigarettes... Just plain dirty
They do not respond to request for a receipt. The app did not provide me a receipt and they don't respond to request nor answer there voice mails. ZERO customer service.
I chose mobile login. I had so many issues getting the app to accept my pictures. When I went inside the employees refused to help since they weren't technically open yet. I was referred to the hotline which I called and yet again was told I had todo it online. Not impressed with online check in and will never do it again. I lost almost an hour of time that I had to pay my movers.
You don't need to make your clients feel cheated charging the the $1 â€œenvironmental feeâ€. It is abusive and I am going to check if is legal to do so. It is expensive enough already to rent a truck.
Easy peasy - parked the truck, went inside to turn in the keys and that's it! They emailed receipt to me.
I was charged 4x what I saw on the site for furniture pad rentals
The truck given to me had a lock on the cargo door to which I was not informed of nor given the combination to open. They said the truck came in from another location so they were not aware, so obviously they never inspected the inside of the cargo bed when it was previously returned. After 30 minutes of trying to obtain the combination to the lock they finally assigned a different 15 ft. truck. Certainly wasn't a smooth pickup and start to a 800 mile trip. I feel the equipment should be inspected and ready to go, especially for reservations made a week in advance.
All went smoothly.
Cruise control would be a nice feature on these long hauls. Other than that, very nice, clean and new truck.
Easy rental. The truck was clean and in good working order. Customer service was excellent.
You charged me for equipment that wasn't provided.
We rented the truck and then drove home. Once home we began our process but the rental company or someone had a lock still on the truck. We were told what we drove in gas was going to be waived. The extra 20 miles of driving used up some gas
Awful from the moment I walked in. Poorly trained staff. You need more people at your reception desk. You need to show people where their truck is instead of telling them to look at all the trucks in the parking lot for their number. Check in took 45 min. Ridiculous.

The guy in Dreadlocks needs a brush up course on basic customer service. Other than his poor attitude, all good.
When I arrived I was informed my drop off location was changed, but the person there could not do anything or explain why.
Nothing at this time
Everything about this experience was horrible. It took me over an hour to get my truck even though I was at the location on time. Nothing about the process of Picking up a truck is intuitive. I was unable to get directions for the keys and there was no record of my reservation in my account even though I had a confirmation by email. Because of the delays everything about my move was pushed back as my moving team had to wait on me to show up with the vehicle. I will never again do business with you all after an experience like this. You need to fix your user experience, your app, and how are you assist customers when the store is closed. There was no way I could have known that the trucks were located in a completely different area from where the office is. The only way I was able to find it was after flagging down an employee who was there before the official hours of the store opened. Again I have never had a worse experience with the business, Although in previous visits to U-Haul stores I have never had a great one. Horrible horrible company
Key pick up box was cleverly hidden in the bushes. Spent 15 minutes finding it. Contact free pick and drop off should include instructions to help find keys and key drops. Truck had 107000+ miles and had an engine warning light on. The mileage allowed for my one way rental was the exact mileage between U-Haul facilities. If my move was located anywhere other than on the actual route, U-Haul was guaranteed to get extra $$ for excess miles. Got the job done, but that is the only positive comment I can make.
Worst experience I've ever had. Employees were horrible. Truck was fine. Rented from uhaul before. Never been spoken to like this before by anyone anywhere.
Truck was not clean....windshield was dirty. The truck was not on the same lot and I had to go down the street and locate it. The truck smelled like cigarettes. The King Street location is much nicer....personnel and equipment.
