We signed up for early check in, but when we arrived at 6 am we couldn’t pick up our truck because they hadn’t put us in the system for early check in. We lost 3 hours of move time due to this huge mistake. We were offered a $50 VIP gift to use at any U-Haul, in which I responded we will NEVER use U-Haul again. We were supposed to receive $50 refund on our rental instead. Never received it and have called several times. Meanwhile, we just keep spreading the word what a bad experience we had with your company. Someone needs to call us ASAP at 585-355-8543.

I was charged for 2 days and only had the truck for 1. I am not happy with UHaul for not resolving this issue. I have contacted UHaul twice and gotten no response. I spoke with the dealer and was told that only UHaul could resolve the issue.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The truck was not clean. The bed had dirt which should have been swept clean. The windshield was dirty with bug splatters and the windshield wipers need replacing.

The mobile app wouldn't work when I went to return my van after hours. I put $5.00 worth a gas in the vehicle but was still charged an additional $6 for 1.5 gallons of gas. I don't know if it matters but I returned the vehicle by 5 pm in advance of the 7:30 pm I had reserved it for but wasn't able to get the uhaul site to acknowledge my return of the vehicle until after I got home and got on my laptop.

check out process can be a bit slow if office is busy. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would push online check in and keybox check out vs using the office. Much faster.

The rental facility was great however the uhaul representative confirmed our pick up for 10am and when we arrived the facility wasn't even open until noon. We had to change our entire day and lose money on a moving crew to pay for hours we didn't use.

Due to hurricane Irma there internet system was out. I gave the representative my smart phone to complete the transaction. Took about an hour which was longer than necessary. With the situation he needed additional help because he kept getting side tracked with customers coming interrupting my process.

The truck smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The seats were dirty, including a piece of candy stuck to the driver's seat. I also did not get the size truck I was promised.

The main office was not readily available or visible from the highway or upon entry to the location; an adjacent truck rental company office was more visible and had to provide directions. The road adjacent to the location was lined with unused UHaul trucks parked off to the side, leaving a disorganized appearance that showed insufficient room for the amount of equipment. The staff was not inviting or accommodating; the drop-off was contingent upon our family's personal effort and ability to lift and walk an auto transport into a muddy-grassy area without help or equipment from the staff to assist in the movement of the heavy equipment was provided.

Worst experience EVER. Arrive on time of appointment. Then I'm told the truck did not have the dolly we had ordered or any dolly. We had mover arriving and we had to go buy a dolly. This put us late as our mover billed us for an hour while we were shopping for a dolly. You waisted our time and money. The. When we returned the truck at the location scheduled, they did not want to take the truck. They said they had too many. I will never use y'all again and y'all should refund us the truck for the money we spent on a dolly and waisted time with movers.
