The gentleman at the counter was not very customer service friendly. We paid for an appliance dolly but the strap was broken and we were unable to use. Truck was not in very good condition was not clean and smelled inside. We should be reimbursed for the appliance dolly since it was not in workable condition when we received it.
Bryan F.Wasn't aware pick up was supposed to be done using cell phone--so agent had to input info manually. He was very patient and courteous about this "hiccup" in our pick up.
Cynthia M.Pick up process was extremely difficult, everything via phone made it an overall very poor experience that I would never use again or recommend anyone to use.
