Actually call customers to confirm reservations, do not change the area of pick up 3 times within 2 hours before any shops open, and do not state items will be available with the truck when they are not.Cassandra B.

I elected for mobile check in. Upon check in, the mobile chat rep asked for my military pay stub. I told him this was an abnormal request and â€œnoâ€ and he ended the chat with me. I had to spend 20 minutes with the storage facility staff to resolve. Additionally, my reserved contract which included a drop off destination near my home was not confirmed once I picked the truck up. I will NEVER use U-Haul again. Thank god the staff was accommodating and fixed it.Aaron B.

The only problem we encounter is when we reserved the uhaul online we we're sure it meant we'd have a truck available. Next day I get a call stating the nearest truck was 15 miles away. Talk about huge inconvenience. We had to eventually Size down on the moving truck in order to be able to move by the time we had anticipated moving.Gasiel G.

Employees not properly trained Re; simple process of confirming rental information and printing nor able to email confirmation to give to customer for truck rental. Trucks not cleaned out nor trailer. After waiting 30 minutes or more for staff to complete my rental process that was confirmed and paid on line before arrival someone else comes in with a problem from a prior rental issue and they both stop assisting me and make calls and resolve 2nd customers issues before they return to me and just tell me they will continue to work on my email confirmation after I leave. ?? an hour of wasted time!!!Daphne D.

The lady who help us at this location was very nice and helpful however or experience with the other five location we were sent to and the people we talk to on the 1800 number was so so horrible they sent us to 5 different location to pick up a truck and not one of those location did we get one we were from one city to another from 6:30 till 12:00 am and did not get a truck this was worse experience ever it's was like a nightmareandria G.

I made my reservation on line and was aware of the 99 cents per mile fee. There was nothing no mention of gas. We picked up our truck and were advised by the associate about the 99 cents per mile fee; no mention of a gas fee. Upon returning the truck, we were informed that in addition to the 99 cents per mile fee, we would have to pay $30 for gas plus $5.50 a gallon because we let the gas gauge get too low! All of this is in the contract that I signed, however, I think this information should be presented on the website and certainly orally when you are picking up your truck. The seat belt warning signal buzzed continuously in the truck we rented; no compensation for that- it was â€œfunnyâ€. Not to us.Lori G.
