I requested 24 blankets…getting ready to drive off we realized they weren’t in the truck. Guy only had 10 then told us we had to bring them back to him when we were done. I advised him this was a one rental. I got on the interstate with the truck and the steering was terrible and front left tire bouncing terribly bad. Had to hold steering 1/4 to the right to keep on road straight. Immediately pulled over and called and he would not answer phone. Contacted Uhaul and was bounced to different departments for 40 and the last dept hung up on me…I had no choice at that point but to drive the truck.
