Ryan C.Had a very difficult time with the mobile app. There were 2 other clients trying to check in equipment and were having the same problems. I know this has nothing to do with this location, but I thought this information would be helpful. It was very frustrating after moving all day, then spending 30 minutes trying to check in the vehicle, only for that to be unsuccessful. Then get an email from the recovery team the following day saying you havent returned the vehicle. Then make another phone call to make sure everyone and just tech support is in the same loop.
