We were told to call a number when we got into Montreal but the number went to a voice mailbox that was full, and the message was all in French which we did not understand. We subsequently tried to call over the next 2-3hrs as we unloaded the truck and no answer. Also, no one answered the number at the the location number on Google so we had no one to contact when the battery to the truck died. It made for a very stressful end to our long trip. The one bonus was the person who took the truck from us was VERY helpful and understanding. His kindness was very much appreciated.
