Vous devriez avoir honte de louer des vehicules avec de tels pneus alors qu'il y a de la neige. J'ai evite une bonne dizaine de fois d'avoir un accident. Et avant la location, j'ai bien demande si c'etait securiataire. "ne prenez pas la camionette, c'est une traction arriere, le 10 pieds sera correct, il a des pneus 4 saisons". J'ai patine pendant tout le trajet, plusieurs fois j'ai du descendre au milieu de la route sortir les pneus coinces dans des petits tas de neige. Et devinez quoi? Il n'y avais meme pas de pele pour la neige dans votre camion. Franchement, j'ai risque ma vie pour deplacer quelque objets. Alors je le recommande pas du tout.

Il serait bien de spécifier où on peut laisser le camion au 5435 rue des Érables. Dans un stationnement... dans la rue... J'ai pu voir avec les gens du garage. Mais j'aurais pu me présenter alors que c'était fermé. Je n'aurais pas su exactement ou stationner le camion. Et également où laisser la clé. Un peut plus d'info serais bien.

Was not able to do the Self-Service rental, as the system did not recognize the location where I was! Also the owner was a bit late at the office 8h10AM, So I did lost 1h30 before being able to leave.

A padlock was installed on the door of the trailer, after picking up the trailer and getting to my pickup destination, I realize that a padlock was in place. Calling the Uhaul rental, I had to come back at the rental garage for the padlock to be removed

Very frustrated by the reservation process. I selected the closest location initially to pick up the truck. On the email confirmation, the location was changed. Then I received a phone call with a confirmation for a third location. I asked for an email to be sent with the latest reservation details. This email never arrived. I called customer service for an email confirmation and was told I would receive one shortly. What I ended up receiving was a screen shot of the agent's screen with the address of the third location, but no specific details of my order! What a convoluted system...

They misread the fuel gauge and now I’ve been charged an extra $17. I put extra gas in to make sure I wouldn’t get charged extra, but I was charged anyways.

Self-service was very complicated. I didn't have time to read the contract because I received it only when I checked-in at night (under the rain) and didn't know that we had to add fuel at the end. I watched the tutorial video a ton of time to help me for the vehicle drop off and it wasn't working like the tutorial presented it. I had to call customer service around 11PM just to be sure I was alright. I didn't have the option for drop off on my customer account. I lost a lot of time there. And I haven't seen on the tutorial neither that I had to put back fuel. I did only 8 miles and the fuel level was almost at the same level than when I took it. I took picture of the cabine and fuel level before leaving even if I didnt have the option to upload them on my customer account. Now I have to pay the double of what expected. 100$ for a simple 8 miles that last 1h (2h++ with all the trouble around self-service and management of my customer account)... it didn't worth it at all. I would have pay less to ask some professional to transport my sofa. I am VERY unhappy with my experience and will not reconsider the self-service experience of u-haul in the future.

I requested a location that I knew would have Anglophones working (Notre Dame), as I unfortunately don't speak very much French. I was mistakenly sent to this location, where we barely understood each other, and I believe I wasn't given all my information. I'm sure the owner of the garage is friendly, but it was really difficult for me to get to the place from where I live, and I should not have been sent there in the first place.

L'endroit était désert et j'ai dû stationner sur la rue dans un espace interdit en semaine. Comme il n'y avait pas de préposé, j'ai laissé le camion en espérant que qulqu'un le déplace à temps. Vous avez également déplacé l'endroit où retourner le véhicule sans me consulter ou m'offrir des options. Après un très long appel (j'ai été mis en attente durant plus de 10 minutes) au numéro de contact envoyé par courriel, on m'a indiqué que je devais contacter le centre des réservation. J'appelle, pas de service en Français. Toujours pas le bon numéro et le bon endroit, on me transfère pour me dire que je peux déposer le camion où je veux. Pourquoi m'avoir indiqué le contraire lors d emon premier appel? Il est certain que je n'utiliserai plus vos services et que je recommanderai à mes proches de faire la même chose.

Assurez-vous que les heures d'opération sont vraies - le site m'avait indiqué que l'établissement ouvrait à 8h00, alors j'ai planifié la prise en charge du véhicule pour 8h00, mais à mon arrivée, j'étais la seule personne présent. J'ai attendu 30min avant que quelqu'un arrive. De plus, les heures sont Google maps indiquaient aussi que le garage ouvrait à 8h00, alors je suis certain que ce n'était pas mon erreur.

Il n'y avait aucune file d'attente et ça a pris environ 30 minutes pour gérer mon cas. L'application encourage fortement les self check-in mais arrivé sur place, ils ne savaient clairement pas comment gérer la situation et ne semblait vraiment rien connaître au système. Il fumait même une cigarette à l'intérieur devant moi...

I was double-booked for a truck by U-Haul. I was originally supposed to pick up the truck at another location at 10 AM. With less than 24-hrs notice from U-Haul the location and time was changed for 1:15 pm pick-up. On arrival the truck was not there. The agent at the pick-up location attempted to contact the previous renter and was told that he had received an extension until 3 p.m. As such, I had to wait until 3 p.m. for the truck that I had reserved and prepaid for 10 a.m. pick-up. The agent at the site was supposed to close by 2 p.m. but was kind enough to stay upon past 3 p.m. to ensure that I received the truck, which I desperately needed for moving.

Réservation faite pour 8h00 am, je me présente à 8h00 et le garage est fermé. Le mécano se pointe 20 minutes en retard, ne trouve pas ma réservation dans le système, doit attendre son boss en me laissant attendre .... j'avais réservé pour 8h00 am et j'ai finalement quitté à 9h30 avec le trailer!! 1h30 pour le pick-up, complètement ridicule, et aucune excuse, et 4 autres clients attendaient derrière moi. J'ai toujours eu de bonnes expériences avec U-Haul, mais c'est garanti que je ne retournerai jamais à ce point de dépôt.

Only used for drop off. Rep charged me extra $10 after I left. He called to say that I hadn't put enough gas in but didn't check level at time of drop off.
