The location was a mess inside and out. The truck has ZERO heating whatsoever on a day that was barely a few degrees above 0ºC with a biting wind. It would have been intolerable if we didn't have a sort drive.

It's the second time in a row. That the reservation wasn't ready at the scheduled time and the location was closed. Wasted time and inconvenienced. Never had any issues with another location close by. Had to use this location 3 times, because truck size never wasn't available at other close by location.

Next day , i started the engine and close the door, accidentally the door locked automatically, i dont know why, that was 6h am , i tried to contact Uhaul for help but no one was answering the phone! what a horrible experience with Uhaul.
