We had a problem. We determined that the 26 ft truck was not big enough for us. Tim, the owner, went out of his way to help us rent an additional 6x12 trailer and pick it up after hours. Great guy. Saved the day for us.

I don't necessarily think that it was the locations fault, but while in transit I drove through a down pour of rain and all of my belongings which were in the UHAUL Trailer got wet. I just hope none of my electronics were damaged from the water.
