STEVE D.Dropped off on Saturday morning seeing they were reported to have open hours from 9am-12pm. It is possible they usually are, but it being closed was possibly related to an extended 4th of July weekend. In any event, we did a self drop off over our phone and the Uhaul process on the phone was pretty self explanatory. There was a large parking lot next to the office to leave the equipment. Rated in the middle seeing I didn't interact with anyone at the office.
Mark Y.This location is home to several business which made it confusing as to what we were supposed to do. It's a small town in Iowa, so it makes sense that it wouldn't be a dedicated U-Haul. We were told in Pennsylvania there would be someone here from 9-12 on Saturday, but the only man there didn't know anything about U-Haul. We did the self-checkout and are hoping for the best.
