I was charged 25.00 for cleaning??? The truck wasnt dirty and I had a package of unopened blankets and one package of blankets that was opened with only 3 used!!! What was or is this about??? The company should be telling people of this charge for restocking or FOLDING 3 blankets if they use the blankets!!!! NOT HAPPY... this is not right after being charged over 170.00 for the day use, when I was quoted 150.00!!! What a way to get more money out of their customers... BEWARE!!!RICHARD D.
We drove 30 miles and had the 20' truck for less than a day at .79 cents a mile and were charged $101.28 the first day and another $98 the second day after we returned it. We were charged for 253 miles and we only drove 30. Then when we called they told us we would have to submit a dispute and the ASM would get back to us in 24 hours as he was the only one who could return the money to us. We are still waiting on that call two days later. We need the money desperately as we just moved and have a child on the way. This is ridiculous and I will never use or recommend Uhaul to anyone ever again. I'm extremely disappointed in this company for taking advantage of a young family and for just poor customer service. Maybe make the user friendly app a little more user friendly... mostly because I tried to go back and add insurance later which was virtually impossible but overall the experience was great... And the return was very self explanatory which made things easy...Joel D.

The inside of the cab was dirty when I picked it up. The lady that rented it to me said that the roll up door was hard to open and close and that it was scheduled to be worked on. But since the online system allowed me to place a hold on it to be picked up 7/31/2020 she just advised me of the door. When I picked it up there were sunflower seeds and dirt in the floor and dog hair on the seat. I should have taken pictures prior to leaving the lot but since it was the only 20 foot Uhaul to be found in a 100 mile radius of College Station Texas I just considered my self lucky.Anna K.
Not pleased with communication with rep. When we filled out all the paperwork we were told it was .29 per mile. We estimated 125 miles but I specifically asked if we went over what our rate would be.. again told the same .29 but I was charged .79 and I called and basically.. The people at 2813773380 were very confused and caused frustration and aggravation. They showed my pickup time on the email as 4 pm. I called and they say no problem we have it. I called the Montgomery pickup location and it showed 4pm. I reserved a 20' truck and the pickup said they would have one. The 2813773380 people called and said I would have to pick it up in Willis Texas. I said that was unacceptable. Then they said it would be at the original pickup then said a 20' wasn't and the were upgrading to a 26'. Such a screwed up mess. I went to the pickup location to make sure I would have a truck when needed. She was very helpful and ensured me a truck would be available the next morning. The 2813773380 people need to be held accountable for their sloppy work and miscommunication. Very disappointing. Call me at 281-772-8441Terry K.
