Thank God for this location! They fixed everything the Uhaul website screwed up. I reserved an enclosed 6x12, but when I got there, it was changed to an open trailer. Had to go with a 5x8 enclosed but it worked out fine. Great, great customer service at this location!

The AC in the truck did not work well. It would blow cold and then stop blowing cold. Told the college station location and they just shrugged it off. Not pleased with this at all
