This location does not accept returns and is not actually in business at this address. I had to return the truck at another U-Haul location without any guidance or assistance - wait times on hold were 30+ minutes and there is no chat function on the website. Just a huge mess, will never rent from U-Haul again for a one way move.

Hard to tell from just the reservation info that we'd have to drive around to the back of the building to find the truck - no signs except for seeing the truck back there - but after that it was smooth sailing, there's no need to have anyone there to help you, just use the uhaul site on your phone and you'll get a code to get the keys out of the lock box. If you need help from someone, maybe do not choose this location as that could get confusing and they're closed on the weekend.
The truck I was given had a horrible odor. Besides that, everything was fine.
No WiFi in that location so it was extremely difficult to get service! We had to drive around looking for WiFi just for the app to work! Horrible location
Location difficult to find because there are no signs. Now that I know where it is and how the system works I would rent again.
Contactless pick up is a little confusing. It would.be smart to give customers a heads up with what to expect. Perhaps give them an opportunity to upload documents needed beforehand. A passport!? The truck was clean and ready though. Once I got through the process, I was on my way.

The process to retrieve the key was too complicated I spent almost almost 2 hours to get the key from the lock box. I was beyond frustrated.
The van needs to be cleaned. There is insufficient signage to locate the office.
Best rental experience I ever had
My original pick up date/time was for Sunday. When arriving to pick up self truck and following all instructions the truck was completely blocked in by another U-Haul and I could not get the truck out. I then called the company where truck was stored and then were off for the day. I called U-Haul they told me it could be fixed and I waited on the phone back and forth for two hours while they tried to make new accommodations then finally said they would give me another truck on the lot, they then did the contract and gave me the numbers and that truck too was blocked in. They told me there was nothing they could do and that they could only accommodate me at another location which was 45 minutes from mahwah. This was absurd as we were already waiting around two hours I had to cancel my move for the day and try again the following day. The following day all went well however I am now being charged to separate charges and would like an explanation. Our U-Haul experience was horrible and I would never recommenced again to anyone
Great service. No over charges (besides taxes). Quick in-and-out
The staff is great and worked around my schedule. I rented a 15 foot truck and it was in good condition and I had no issues. Finding them isn't difficult, their entrance is in the rear of the office building, with the uhaul trucks standing out front.
The van that was rented had a tire that was very low on air. We notified uhaul and a person came to our location and added air.

Very efficient and nice to work with. Van was just what we needed to move our dining room set.
It was extremely difficult to find the drop off location. The instructions were terrible and this company's name was not anywhere on the building. The only way I knew that it was the U-Haul drop off was I saw some other U-Hauls parked out back, behind the building. There was no place for me to park so I had to park in front of other trailers. Terrible.

First time user, would be helpful to know that setting up a reservation on the phone with the local agent on Friday does not set up your account when you need it on Sunday morning to access the keys. Account set up should be done first, before rental or it does not show up on your account. Sunday morning, local agent number went to voice mail, 25 minute wait on U-Haul 800 number hold, very helpful phone staff walked me through the account set up process, it requires phone-a-friend as a reference so be ready for that. Also, don't drop keys into the lockbox before you realize the 24/7 web checkout service requires photos of the mileage & gas...
I ordered a van in Fair Lawn NJ for the next day. I was sent to Mahwah (20 mins away) to pick it up. It didn't have EZ-pass and most of NY/NJ is now EZpass ONLY.
The verification process through your smart phone was terrible and time consuming
