You could make the "pick up" better. The Initial pick up point was a disaster, no one was there, I had to go back across town to another location to get truck.

The person who checked my truck back in transposed the last three digits on the odometer, so I was overcharged for my rental. The manager has been slow to refund all of the money I'm due back. I've had to call repeatedly trying to get the full refund I'm due. It's been a month now since my rental, and UHaul still owes me money. Called customer service to report the problem and was told I need to give the manager another 3 days to resolve the issue. The service on the front end of the rental was fine. The service after the return has been terrible and unprofessional.

The representative here actually opened her store a few minutes early when she saw me in the parking lot waiting to return my truck. She heard my concerns about my transaction in GA where I had received the truck and she even tried to fix the problem by calling Uhaul corporate. She was told the issue would have to be rectified back in the Georgia store I picked the truck up from. She was courteous and friendly. Would gladly do business there again.

The rental I received broke down with a busted radiator after less than 10 miles. 3 hours later the rental was towed 120 miles by a lunatic driver who drove @ over 80 MPH. He was dangerous weaving in & out of traffic overtaking whilst towing our rental truck-a very frightening experience to say the least. The next day we were called about picking up the rental 4 times!!!! even though our contract had Monday as the return date!!!!!!/ Yesterday I had to call the recovery dept to tell them it had been picked up @ 9:45PM the previous night!!!!!! Today I received a call from the local office saying I was late returning the truck!!!!!!! I received another call from the recovery dept & told them the truck had been picked up previously........... This has been the worst moving experience of my life & I have moved from the USA to Saudis Arabia, back to the USA, to Barbados & back to the USA, & several moves within the USA.

Jason the manager was a great help! He took the time to show and explain in detail all I needed. Even with being a short notice on move. I got in quick and was out quick. Excellent costumer service! I will continue to use this location for all my moving needs! The world needs more Jason's! I hope this was his name.

CLARIFY YOUR ADVERTISMENT OF $19.95 IT ENDED UP COSTING ME OVER $100.00 BY THE TIME I RETURNED THE TRUCK WITH A TOPPED OF TANK OF GAS. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED WHATSOEVER. $50-$60 WAS MORE THEN ENOUGH FOR RENTAL.

I was first given a price of $49 for a 1-way rental of a car dolly, but this was changed to $85+. I was stuck, I needed the dolly, but this was WRONG in every way. I will not be using ANY U-Haul rentals at ANY time from now on. You have gotten my last nickel - and that of my friends. JFullick

I will never go to this location again. First off, the clerk seemed discombobulated from the get-go, blaming the system and whoever closed the day before, etc. Then he marked the fuel tank as full without checking the gauge in the truck. I reached my first stop a few miles away and noted it had less than half a tank. Three calls to the office with no answer, left three voice mails, no call back. So I drove back down to the office where he noted the difference on my receipt, but did not bother to change this in the system, which caused me further delays when I turned the truck in at the end of the lease.
