I asked the customer service representative at the Majic Motors Uhaul location for a receipt and she said I would receive a receipt via e-mail. A couple days later I received an e-mail but it did not show the charges, only a zero balance. I sent two e-mails requesting the charges on the contract with no response. I then called the costumer service line and hung up after not reaching a representative following a 15 minute hold time. I called again today, was on hold for 17 minutes and David Greely (customer rep) was finally able to help me and e-mailed me the receipt. Unsatisfactory overall.

Waited 15 minutes for owner to get to location. We drove less than 11 miles but charged me for 39.6 miles. No phone at location to contact owner. Reported to Uhaul and will be reporting fraudulent charge to my bank and the Better Business Bureau.

I dropped off afterhours, but the location was very easy to find and the lot was clean. Backing up, unhitching trailer, and departing took about 4 minutes.

Mrs. Lynn allowed me to pick up my truck early. I moved to Ga and reserved the 15' at the Woodmere pick up at 7am. They did not have the truck I needed or any truck for that matter. My reservation was sent to Majic motors, but they didn't open until 9am. Mrs Lynn ley me comeby to pick the truck up the day before my reservation, which was a very big help. Thank you!

When I got there they had a 15 foot truck, but charged me for a 20 foot truck. The trunk was on E when I got it. I was told to return truck on E. The next day my card was charged an additional $152. Now I’m getting the run around

They wasn't Thier to return truck .I called the office number and got message to go ahead and leave truck. So I did then was charged an extra day for not returning it and I did. No one was there Sunday so I left it there like they said,and they charged me cause they wasn't there Sunday,they said they were out of town.

My first drop location was closed with no place to park the trailer or even enter the property. The second location was listed as open yet there was no one on the primises and the doors were locked, very little room to park or navigate, no tire blocks or trailer hitch stands available, and the emergency contact number was a non manned cell phone. This all was during peak retail hours on Saturday.

I rented truck a month in advance. When I got to the original location they had double booked the only truck they had. I was sent to a different dealer and no one was there. I called the number provided and person said it would be an hour before he could get to business to release truck. I called Uhaul and voiced my concern and headquarters sent me to Majic where I was given a truck by some real nice folks. Needless to say I was pretty bent out of shape. 2 hours late I began my day. I found it odd that I was told my truck was not available to me at the first facility. I thought a month in advance was plenty of time to ensure Uhaul had time to facility a vehicle for me. If I ever have to rent a truck again I might not be using Uhaul again

U-Haul should have "walk-in" pick-up. Making a reservation on-line for a unit is not always the best and fastest route to procure a trailer/truck. REJ

I've paid cash and was suppose to get a deposit back but the lady who signed it up at the pick up location left the deposit amount at $0 on the receipt. I didn't get my deposit back at the destination.

Called several times... finally just dropped u haul off. No one was there. I have rented from u haul before and definitely will again.
