Customer service is a bit hostel in the manner that they persistently remind you what would happen if any damages where to be done even though coverage was purchased. Presenting this topic in a more appealing manner would have made the experience better.

The price quoted per mile was not the amount charged in the receipt. It would help if they were the same. i was told that an adjustment would be made. I will wait a week and then visit the location in person to see if a change will be made or if they just said that to get me out the door

Truck had been swept out but inside walls and the attic space were covered in dust. Should've been hosed out/washed.

Developed a checklist for customers to follow to make sure the attendant loads a trailer properly. My attendant forgot to tighten the car trailer to the ball of the hitch. When I started to load a car onto the car trailer, the trailer popped off of my hitch. Make sure you explain how the fender of the car trailer folds down to allow the driver to get out after loading the car instead of climbing through the window because the car door won't open unless the fender is folded down.

Having rented 2X in 2 weeks from this location and both times the location representative expressed consternation with the online booking system, almost blaming me for using it instead of calling up to book. His lack of training translated into 2 rather uncomfortable transactions.

Park cars & or trucks. It would be nice to be able to park a moving truck locally if you have plans to leave early in the morning and have no place to park the truck. Would also be nice if you could park a car in the area where you are renting the truck for short rentals, such as 2--5 hours.

When I was taking out the van, I was told that I needed to use a credit card for the "hold" but that it would not be charged until I returned the van and all the final charges were calculated. I was fine with that. However, at the time of taking out the van I asked them if when I paid at the time of return, could I actually use a debit card to pay the cost. They said 'yes,' I could. When I returned the van the two people whom I had spoken to when taking out the van were not present. The man who was present said that I could not use my debit card to pay. I explained to him what I had been told earlier. He then scanned or pretended to scan the debit card which I wanted to pay with, and I left thinking that the debit card had been charged like I wanted. When I looked at my online CREDIT CARD statement, I saw that he had deceived me and really just charged everything to the credit card. He did not use the debit card I requested and misled me into thinking he had. Dishonest!

Rob at the front desk was very nice, professional, helpful and accommodating. Equipment was fine although the inside of the truckbed was missing a light bulb so it was dark in the back at night. Otherwise, I'd recommend this location over the Sand City location due to hours and friendly staff, and I will use them again....thanks!

My reservation pick-up time was for 8:00am but I had to wait almost an hour before they could find the key for my truck. I was very disappointed that I had to sit in the office that long instead of being able to start my move.

Upon arriving to our destination, I was under the assumption that I could drop the vehicle off late afternoon but the business was closed & is in a locked gated community so I had to wait until the next morning to turn it in. I was glad to do so because I'd be able to offer my suggestions for better service on the other end, and that uhaul's on-line page should have his specific hours with notation for no available after hours drop off for this location. It was when this salesman was checking me out that he found that the Apple Valley representative gave me the wrong vehicle key! This representative helped straighten out the issue quickly and was very professional. Thanks so much for making it a simple fix!

Owner/worker of Airport Storage did not know how to close out a separate contract I had for a dolly, which resulted in me having to drive back to the shop and call UHaul to walk him through how to do it. That was very inconvenient.

Only a single employee working. Extremely long wait time (about 45 minutes) to simply return my vehicle.
