The day customer service agent SAID, that the computer CHARGED me - TWICE! That did not make me happy. But she showed me a statement, where my credit card would be reimbursed. When this happens, I will consider Tony experience with this particular UHaul location “Excellent “. But if it doesn’t, there will be @&&$!? to pay! I’m sure that it was a computer glitch, but that should not have happened in the first place. She was going pleasant, caring, and professional. Now it remains to be seen if the charge overage will be rectified in a timely manner.

You need bigger signs for people who drop off in the middle of the night and do not know the area. I just moved there and drove around for 15 minutes looking for the U-Haul drop off. Why would you not have clear, large signs? Ridiculous.
