This location does not have adequate cellular network service, therefore the check in process was nearly impossible. I had to drive several hundred yards away in order to have enough service to access the site and then it told me that I was not close enough to the location. This business should not be allowed to rent trucks outside of business hours, as the self/online check in process is not usable here.

Rose G.There was no equipment in the truck, forcing me to spead 100.00 on a dolly and furniture pads, I should be reimbursed for my total rental.. the steering is bad in the truck , my husband almost crashed 3 times.. worst experience ever! I should be fully reimbursed.
