I was told by Kenmore that I could change my original drop of location to this one but when I showed up the desk person said it wasn't changed and she didn't have room. She agreed to take it but it took her 30 minutes of trying to get someone at the 888 number to help het. I wouldn't recommend this location because she only has uhaul trucks and I'm never doing business with you again.

Maybe recommend. My biggest problem with the location was at drop off. When picking up the person at the desk informed us they open as t 9:30 & sign on doorways the same. However, when we arrived no one was there and door locked. After about 10-15 minutes of waiting, called Everett U-haul where I originally made my reservation & explained the situation. Rather than acknowledging the problem, person started to tell me they don't open for U-haul until 10 ( by then it was already after 10 & still nothing). I had another as appointment to be at and really couldn't stand outside a building waiting for someone to show up. In the end I was told to just drop the key in the mail slot.

I had my reservation made at the Snohomish location and it was switched on me just the night prior saying they didn't have my size truck anymore available. This caused my mileage to be much more than anticipated which cost me more money in the end. Would have been nice to have known further ahead of time if there could be an issue such as this so that I could have changed my date.

My rental cost was estimated at 64.00. The total after mileage should have been between 80.00 and 100.00 at most. I swept truck completely before turning it in. When I check my account today they had charged me for rental plus a 108.00 clean up fee for a total of 208.00. Then they ran a second transaction for 28.00 that uhaul customer service could not explain. I am a valued customer of uhaul but by debuting my account the extra amount they caused my pending transactions to be returned and I accrued over 165.00 in bounced check fees. I am contacting my banking institution in AM to discuss options. I am extremely angry and disappointed by this.

the only indication that I was at the right drop off location, other than the address I'd been given by the nice U-Haul lady that called, was a small decal on the door. this location had no other vehicles or equipment in site. Still, the gal was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and she promptly handled my return.

The service was great. The lady that rented the truck to is was very helpful and was gray yo work with. The gas tank had less gas than was marked lower what was marked on paper. We should have called and let them know but we didn't so that was our fault. The truck was not as clean as they usually are. There were loose blankets in the back that were soaked and dirty. We brought them into our shop to dry out but did not use them. We found doughnut wrappers, candy wrappers and someone's medical papers behind the seat when we went to clean out cab after we used it. The back was also dirty but to be fair it is always wet and muddy here so that could be the reason. Overall, we got good service.
