I don't think you can do anything more to improve. Melissa was an awesome representative for uhaul. Thank you Melissa for making our move so much easier.. This is the place to go to rent a truck or buy a car!!

Checking in on line was awful. The site is slow and kept on freezing, it took forever to get checked in and to drop off. The site gave no information about where the dropbox was oe where to go to get the keys. Would not recommend doing a pick up or drop off when a location is closed
