Location was very crowded, located on a curve of a very busy road. Difficult to park the 15' truck because no space in driveway.
Well you could start with not charging people's credit cards twice your employees not getting in somebody's car to move it without permission and telling the truth when we asked if there's three seats in the cab and not two
They sent me from one location to the next location when I had reservations. And what bothers me the most I was supposed to pick it up 12 a.m. and when I was on the way to pick it up they pushed me off till 7 a.m. And then to 9 am

Parking the truck was difficult because there were too many other vehicles. None of the employees or other customers were wearing masks.
Make sure that you guys have the equipment at the location you send your customers to. Make sure all your lights work your equipment.
Plywood in van, 2 gallon water bottles in van, other items in van. I was told I was getting a credit of $10.44. Instead I got charged $10.44. Very disappointing experience.
Your customer service at main number is terrible. Sunday morning I was on the way to pick up a cargo van which I had a confirmation receipt on I had spoken to the location and Uhaul Customer Service and they told me I was all set and I should have no concerns. They call me to tell me that there is no cargo van and the location is closed and they will try and find me a pick up truck. Needless to say I got very upset and angry as I had made arrangements to pick up a piece of furniture 70 miles away. I had to tell the customer service representative that I was assured the cargo van would be there and somebody would be there to provide the vehicle to me. When I arrived at the location there was nobody there but other customers waiting and I could see the cargo van. About 10 minutes later somebody showed up and processed everything for me to have the van. Due to the chaos and stress Uhaul caused me I feel but I am due a partial refund. You need to get it together and confirm with your locations I shouldn't of had to make phone calls during the week to Customer Service and the location. Thankfully the location did come through and Customer Service was incorrect. The van was clean and the people at the Monroe location were very nice and friendly.
They went beyond the calm of duty. Super impressed on there customer service. Bravo.
Great customer service, clean trailer, had us in and out in no time! Explained the hook up of the trailer so well we felt confident doing it at home!
I reserved online. When I got to the center, I got an e-mail that the equipment was not available and I would have to drive 15 miles and wait 1.5 hours for another van. However, the van was there and available but the guys had not "checked it in." It took about 30 minutes to work things out so that I could take the van that I had reserved. Everybody we spoke to at U-Haul seemed to be having trouble with the computer system.
At the moment, I can't think of anything that would improve the service, because the van was brand new, clean, had great tires, and I was heppy working with the office staff. The van got the job done!
The reservation time and place were changed less than 24 hours before my reservation. I reserved a truck for 7 am in Rockland County NY. I was told at 10:45 the day before that my reservation would be changed to 10:30 AM in Orange County. The location was extremely inconvenient (requires taking parkways- which commercial vehicles are not allowed to travel on). â€œNo other trucks availableâ€. I was making a cross country move, made these reservations 3 weeks prior. Had to reschedule movers that had been booked.Then I take an Uber to the location, the truck is not there- ends up being 1 hour late. Movers charge me for being late. Disgusted with uhaul.
The staff were excellent and courteous ! It's a very busy place and small . I would use them again
Van smelled and had water bottles, trash left over. Plus they tried over billing us for the distance we used van. We called and got about a $8.00 credit. At least they cleared that up

Hi I'm not sure if anyone can help me I picked up a truck and told the lady I was only going to be a couple hours and I was looking for the most basic cheapest one way trip , I had the truck for about only 2 hours and went 15 miles with it , somehow I got charged $110 somwhere in that range just didn't see fair and customer service did not want to help at all , please if there's something anyone can do please let me know , thanks
You don't need improvement you have to make more Uhauls follow in their footsteps. They were pleasant, helpful and did an amazing job.
Overall experience was excellent. Signing in. the truck was stuck for 1 hour. signing out. the place was inexperienced understaffed.
