The truck we reserved online was not returned in time for my pickup. We ended up renting a smaller vehicle which required multiple trips and maneuvers to make sure items fit. In all our Day was much much longer than anticipated. Having the truck we reserved would have made the day go a lot smoother. The staff were great though.

The van was full of water and smelled awful. I was picking up new furniture from store, made mistake of bot checking van because last time i rented small truck from Uhaul it was pristine. By the time I realized condition of van, Uhaul location was closed, had been advised they close at 1, too late to switch, although I didn't see additional cans in lot anyway. Water caused damage to new furniture, smell was horrendous, not pleasant experience at all.

The way you can improve is getting your act together the location where I was at the guy was very helpful at locating my reservations call center told me to pick it up in Monroe New York and my reservations were sent to New Windsor New York even the confirmation had me going to Monroe call center really needs to get their act together who's that's twice they sent me somewhere else once was for a part and both times I had to drive out of my way if you like to contact me my phone number is 845-988-6590 hey my name is George

1) pick up location was not as requested and originally accepted. I was called the day before pickup to tell me my trailer would have to be picked up 1 hour from my home. 2) at pick up point the rep asked me to hook up the trailer telling me 'it wasn't heavy'.

Customer service was good, though I did have to sweep dirt and small debris out of the back before I loaded in the light carpet. Also, I think there is more play on the steering wheel that there should be... somebody should check that. but, overall, a very good rental experience.

I was given a vehicle that the ride was so rough and the veuicle had issues with check engine light on. The vehicle not cleaned before use.When i returned the vehicle to the station after use, i was treated very unfairly with one of the co-owners of the station. Despite the fact that, i brought the vehicle with the same mount of fuel the vehicle had when rented out. When i realised that i was charged for the fuel, i complained to the office they insisted that i brought vehicle with less than full tank of gas. Since i took the picture of the dash board showing clearly how much gas was in the vehicle before, one of the co-owners starting blaming me why i did not tell them that the vehicle never had full tank of gase and he also claimed that it's the responsibility of the customer to verify if the gas in the vehicle is as stated on the contract paperwork.Even though i paid them cash after returning the vehicle in good condition and with same amount of gas he refused to refund me the a mount apaid for gas. He further suggested that if not satisfied, then, next i don't have to rent you from them, i could go some where else!!T "TO ME, THAT WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL!

I don't have any suggestions. From my online reservation, to pickup, and drop off it was a very easy process.

Make sure the truck is clean and also check the truck out more carefully. There was a leak in the truck roof that I fixed so my things wouldn't get wet as we drove to our destination.
