Advanced notice about check in steps. I was unaware how long the process would take once I arrived at the pick up location.
Julia U.We were emailed to go to one location, and then directed to another location. Becuase the drivers license had a flaw, it would not scann correctly so we were told to have the staff inside verify. This locations does not have staff. We began this process and 7:00 AM and finaly were able to drive off the lot at 9:00 AM. This took far to long.
