In today's health crisis, the store needs to have wipes and cleaning sprays available for anything and everything that employees and customers might touch. Plus the interior of the business must be kept really clean if customers are going to be entering and doing any paperwork inside the business. That's just the way it has to be for the next few months, at a minimum.
Needs more space
I had a reservation for this size truck at Bismarck but ended up having to drive 115 miles one way to Mobridge to get it cause Bismarck did t have one even though I reserved one 45 days in advance. I was not impressed. Mobridge people were friendly but truck was kind of dirty both inside and out.
Only place to drop in this region was not satisfied with it because it was about 80 miles from where I was told to drop. I felt that I should have been worned and compensated for fuel
The people I was dealing with we're not knowledgeable on how to charge me or rent me the equipment for that matter. Poor service
Better communication with the new pick up place you are given due to the nearest uhaul equipment you requested wasnt available so you were sent somewhere 2 hours away
I was quoted wrong and still haven't received a emailed receipt like they said..
The truck used has a bad transmission, my rpm would be at the 2/3 when i was going 55mph on the highway which caused me to use alot of gas so i spent alot of money on gas alone. I was not happy as I didn't realize it would be so expensive, also it took me over an hour to actually get the code for the keys when i reserved 2 weeks in advance and the 24/7 was extremely difficult to do, i called Uhaul about 4 times before i actually got the keys! I was not happy
cabin interior had dog or cat hair on seats....... I had booked truck in Aberdeen but had drive to 90 miles one-way to pick up truck in Mobridge. Local sites fine, but this is corporate U-haul issue-was only notified two-days in advance that there was a truck shortage.

The trailer was clean, but very scratched and dented. Appropriately humorous and friendly staff to work with when we picked up the trailer. Actually an enjoyable transaction!
I rented this trailer for my son (24), actually, who was moving from Brookings to Sioux Falls. And I have rented other trailers from you in the past. The folks in Mobridge are great, and very accommodating, as are the gals on the phone in--where? Fargo? They are always so nice. Where you DO have a problem--and trust me, I DO understand how and why this happens--is that with so many dealers and countless trailers and trucks, keeping track of them is practically impossible. Especially if a dealer has U-Haul as a sideline, which would be the case in smaller towns. This is not to look past that the majority of your customers either don't have a clue, or don't care. How can you fix this? Eliminate the paper chase by having the customer call into your office when dropping off a unit. Yes, I know this would probably be cause to start drinking before 5:00, but the number they call could be a 'recording center' where they hear a three-part tutorial. Who are you, identified by your cell number. Where did you just drop off your rental? What time did you drop it off? All considered, U-Haul is still a pretty doggone impressive company, and your folks on the phone do a really good job. Call if you'd like other input...but I may have to put you on 'hold', because the President calls me several times each day, asking, "Now what the hell should I do?" Okay, so maybe I'm still waiting for that first call. In closing, in smaller markets, it might be helpful for you to have your dealers provide customers (out-going and incoming) with a cell phone contact. Especially for old people like me, who understand voice commands better than their Smart Phone they're still trying to figure out. Thanks. You folks do a good job.
I didnâ€™t have issues with the location in Mobridge. I had issues with the U Haul company. I reserved my truck and they still let someone else take it. When I called to figure out why my truck wasnâ€™t at my pick up location no one apologized for the experience I was having and the woman I talked to was very rude. I never want to use U Haul again from this experience alone.

This is a small place, I called in to say we were bringing the trailer back & someone was there to help us immediately. Don't need to improve, you're doing good at this location.
Have more vehicles in the state the person is moving from and actually give the discount they say they will and then not apply it! Worst mistake was going with U-Haul never again for any moving experience
They were verry thorough, they went over everything with me ,verry professional .and they smiled while helping,and asked if i had any questions,and i had no questions because they were verry thorough.thank you.
It's pretty hard to improve on a perfect experiance the customer service was first class verry polite courteous,they explained everything well ,two thumbs up i would rent from the mobridge office in a heart beat ,i wish all rental shops were as good as them ,
They were the nicest most polite, helpfull people.for directions and information,5stars people like them will definitely get repeat business, they were very thorough.
