I had wanted furniture pads for the rental, but they didn't have any. They sell moving supplies, so it would be nice if they had dollies and pads for the moving vans.

TERRY S.Cargo van was new, but wasn't clean when I picked it up. I didn't mind that van was dirty on the outside, but I did mind I had to vacuum the inside and clean the steering wheel. There was a bad odor in the cab that Microban worked fairly well to lessen. Otherwise the location was great. What needs to improve is the U-haul app and website - both are glitchy and slow. When I picked up the cargo van it took an hour before my receipt/ rental agreement was sent by email. Legally I need that paper BEFORE I drive off the lot in case I'm stopped by police or in an accident. I could get a ticket for not having it. I asked the location to send me a copy by email which I immediately received. When I first tried to search and reserve a truck the app kept telling me I didn't sign in, but I was already signed in. The website after signing I got said I needed to use captcha (but none popped up to use). I was also booted off the site. Before I was through, I had 3 reservations. And no, it wasn't my internet or phone causing the problems, another phone and computer in another location tried to get through the steps to get a good connection to complete the reservation. Improve that and the response time on email receipts/contracts and I'm sure everyone will notice U-haul efficiency.
