The provider was unprofessional and didn't want to answer questions. He didn't even remove snow from the vehicle and it was covered under at least 3 inches on snow and we had to remove it ourselves. Very bad experience.

Have the online component working. Service at location working. Had to call uhaul number to redo the reservation even though I did everything online and printed the reservation and brought it to the pick up location. I ended up being late to pick up my package and would never use uhaul again.

Van was smelling bad from inside. Also there was a air leak kind of sound coming in the cabin , source unknown. Beside that sound overall driving experience was good. Timely got the vehicle.

The manager was nice and understanding when we had to extend the rental. The interior of the car was dirty, there was left over rubbish from previous renters. Overall, would rent from this location again as they were professional.

The staff was extremely rude and insulting. He falsely claimed I had to pay extra for insurance even though I told him and showed him I was covered under my credit card. He finally agreed with me after I called u-haul customer service and put them on speaker phone for him to hear. Upon that, the van was so filthy. After returning the van, I was then overcharged by them because they deliberately inflated the km I drove. Thankfully I took a picture of the km when I returned it and they knew they were caught. This location is so horrible I will never go back there again nor will I recommend to anyone.

I am extremely disgusted at how U-Haul has charged me for two rental DAYS by disguising (hiding or otherwise deceptive actions) under the term rental period. I picked up the truck at 11am on Sunday and returned the truck on the same day at 8pm. A period of of 9 hours and by my calculations, less than a full days rental. Considering my last rental experience from Toronto to Ottawa where i left valuable items in the truck, called customer service to request a lost and found check only to have the person hang up in me, three times, i should have known better. This is most definitely the last time i use your setvice and will ensure i comminicate my experience across social media. Disgraceful business practices of deceiving customer's and not having the courtesy to contact me directly. US company, figures!

I had to change my drop-off location. I spent 45 minutes on the phone arranging this - far too long. The agent put me on hold multiple times, sometimes without notification of doing so and finally hung up on me while I was on-hold. I would rate the customer service as very poor. I had to coach them how to find an appropriate location as well.

The person at the pickup location gave no details about the drop off. also the vehicle i reserved was not available and had to pay more for a different vehicle. Very bad service.

The truck was filthy and the place wouldn't even clean it out. The console was falling to pieces and I've never seen a moving truck in such poor shape. I had to spend almost $20 lining the truck with paper just to put my things in. I have pictures and more details to share with uhaul about this experience. This also was not my preferred location so every aspect of this rental was a failure.

Ensure that the vehicle is clean when it is returned by the customer. There was garbage in the cabin(cup holders, sides, etc.). Also ensure that the customer is walked around and shown the condition of the vehicle so when it is returned it be in the same condition or charges apply. Because if not shown then if any damage occurs then uhaul wouldn't really know which customer to charge and which not to.

The location was excellent, however, despite booking one week in advance I was assigned a location which was way too far from where I wanted. Even then I wasn't given the vehicle I chose. So while I am happy with the location I am not at all happy with the limited options available with uhaul.

The person whose name is Ivan charged me for insurance which I already declined when I booked online. He was also trying to charge me for fuel which I already put gas to the level I received. He was trying to charge me 8 dollars more for non reasonable assumptions. Eventually i was charged 25 dollars more than what i expect.He was not helpful and trying to get money by any means. I will not deal again with this location and I will tell all my friends to avoid this location or even the whole uhual service. It was a horrible experience with Ivan at that location

The drop off location was hard to find, we have to circle the building and only found the key drop off because we saw another uhaul parked near by. I was not told in advance that I would be required to use the digital drop off system when dropping off at this location and had a lot of trouble trying to set up an online account from my phone. Upon failure of account activation through my phone I had to call uhaul and talk to a rep in order to return the truck. The rep was extremely frustrating to talk to as she was talking to herself throughout the whole process and it was hard to determine when she was asking me questions or just speaking to herself. I have never rented or returned a uhaul truck before and she was not very helpful when explaining what information I needed to give her. She was using jargon and was not willing to explain further. As someone who works in customer service I know what its like to be on the other side of these calls and I know there are better ways to deal with customers. Overall I had a horrible experience with uhaul and will be looking for alternatives when renting in the future.



I give this company a good rating because they were able to accommodate me on short notice. wish there was some discounts for small moves like mine was, Also some assistance with referrals for furniture tear down would have been excellent

Van was dirty with some wet trash in it and I had to clean it before I put any of my stuff. Also when I was getting the van, an employee who was helping me asked for my credit card and then he typed my credit card details on his computer. This is very strange and sketchy as I have never heard or seen credit card detail taken like this.

10-foot truck I reserved was not available when I arrived. Also, location owner charged the incorrect rate on the smaller 9' van I was forced to rent. Still waiting for resolution from U-Haul on both matters.
