I had to pay an extra $20 for an adapter because my newer trailer hitch set-up did not match U-hauls older hitch set-up. U-haul ought to have those adapters and not force customers to buy them.

No one informed me the location was closed on saturdays and that I’d have to take the trailer off. I was also over charged and it has not been resolved
