Mary G.The location was great and easy to make the reservation. The UHaul app and Renee (the agent with whom I worked) were terrible. I was unable to complete the "Pick Up the Truck" process on the app. I called the toll free line and waited on hold for 10+ minutes. It was a Saturday, so I understand agents may have been busy. When I explained my experience to Renee, she told me to log out of the app and log back in. I asked her to stay on the phone with me while I quickly logged off and back on. She said she could not wait while I did that. I explained that I could complete this step in 30 seconds or less and since I waited 10+ minutes for her to answer the phone I asked, again, that she wait. She said, "I cannot stay on the phone while you do that." While we were talking, I had logged off and back onto the app, and still was not able to complete the "Pick Up Truck" process. Renee said she would transfer me and next thing I knew the line went dead. It COULD have been a mistake, but it left me wondering whether or not it truly was. The reservation process was simple, but the whole process on the app and lack of service left the whole experience feeling extremely negative.
