The pick up location itself was great, the woman that helped me was very sweet. The issue was the actual U-Haul app experience. It made it incredibly difficult with self-service to deal with issues that were happening on the tech end of things. It ended up delaying my entire trip by a full hour, which meant that I was stuck in rush-hour, which meant that I ended up spending more on mileage and time then I would've wanted to.

Owner of this site was rude and expected me to wash the truck before I returned it. I left without taking the vehicle. This made an hour errand turn in to a more than 5 hour chore. I recommend closing this location.
PHILLIP RThe process before getting the actual rental truck was exhausting. I went through multiple error messages online and on the app. Although I was patient I vented my frustration to the workers who helped me via phone call. I ended up being transferred twice before actually receiving any actually help. Deandre did an amazing job helping me get through the process finally after a hour and a half.Then bringing the rental truck back became another hassle. It was an inconvenience for me and I am underwhelmed at this self pick up experience. The geolocation tool wasn’t picking up my location and the app was loading slow to drop off the rental truck. I have rented in person with U-Haul and will be sticking to that until self pick up becomes more seamless.
raytwon pImprove the online Experience. My rental and return were very difficult online. In fact when I returned to vehicle on 1/03/24 The website would not accept The online paperwork And when it said just to push the button. To proceed It never registered the vehicle as being in the proper place. I received an email that said my vehicle had not been returned. I contacted the 800 number a couple of times finally, the area manager got involved and cleared everything up and had it returned on the proper day.
