The store is difficult to find. It shares a building - and apparently, a store/office - with about 3 other auto shops/garages. The location was in terribly poor shape: broken pieces of cars on the counters and shelves, it smelled of paint fumes from the garage next door, etc. Overall, it looked like the set of a horror film. The service was slow to the point of unacceptable; the attendant wasn't even on site when we arrived even though it was during business hours. Though the attendant was polite, we waited 10 minutes behind other customers before they even entered the building. The interior of the truck was disgusting and the engine was not running properly, although it was technically functional.

The boss guy(Barry) was late, and then he tried to charge me double for boxes. $4.99 for medium boxes when I bought them at another store for $1.43. The truck was dirty, and the gas was on I/4th tank which I bought back closer to 1/2 tank. I did advise after getting the truck at 830am, that I would need it to 130 m, but wasn't quite sure. I bought it back around 430 pm, and he still charged me an extra $15, this place was filthy, unprofessional, and crappy, I will never go to that location ever again. Michael the mechanic was very nice.. other then that, I would never recommend this place again..

My husband was unable to pick up the truck on time because the guy wasn't even there yet. I rented 2 dollies and received NO dollies, yet I will probably not get a refund. We will never use U-Haul again for moving. I am disgusted with our experience.

I was left very unhappy. The vehicle I rented broke down. The fuel pump went out. Me and the movers I had with me, pushed the uhaul to the side of the road. It took hours to get it looked at. In getting another vehicle cost me moving expenses, that I felt should have been covered by uhaul. I mean, this was their problem to begin with!!! They also double charged me for two deposits instead of the one

Given wrong vehicle. Signed a contract with lesser gas and mileage and ended up having to pay extra for gas... when the contract we signed said bring back vehicle with 3/4 tank. Come to find out the amount of gas the vehicle were supposed to have had but didn't have was supposed to have 7/8 tank of gas. How in the heck were we to know this until we brought the truck back and they told us they gave us wrong truck with wrong mileage and gas than what we signed for and ended up having to pay gas and mileage for the truck we didn't take.

Wiring for trailer was defective. Had to drive 440 miles with no turn signals and brake lights. Agent blamed my connection for the problem when there were broken wires on the flat 4 plug on the trailer that caused the issue. Was under time constraint so took the trailer. Of all my dealings with U-Haul this was the worst.

No one from UHaul was available at drop off. I had to ask an employee from the garage what to do. There was a phone number on the door to call for help. I called it and no one answered...and the voicemail back was full. Had to call corporate to let someone know I dropped it off. I will never use this site again.

The trailer was buried in snow and we needed help getting it out. Also we were charged for an extra day even though the trailer was returned the day before. Very disappointing.

This was likely not the fault of the store but of the Uhaul schedling. I reserved a truck at one location for 730am. Uhaul messed up and I had to go to New location at 830. Did not get truck until 9am. Did not get a dolly as ordered the previous person had not filed up the gas so I had to put in at least 3 or 4 gallons. Was asked to bring truck back by 3 and then I'm charged over 90 dollars for 7 hours!
