It was covered with snow and ice on windshield when I got there. Broke my ice scraper trying to clean it off. Windshield washer fluid didn't work. Inside of truck in cab wasn't very clean.

I was told the rental would be $29.99 pus $.69 per mile. When I got my final bill I was charged $.99 per mile, I even filled the truck up FULL of fuel! I feel like there was some dishonesty on Uhauls part!
