The liner in the van was flipping up at the end, so made it hard to get furniture in without being worried about tripping. When you walk into the store, you can’t even see where the counter is because of all the stuff in the way (boxes and stuff).

I requested a 26in truck. They claimed the 26inch truck was having battery problems. They had to switch it to a 20inch truck. I asked them about the $50 refund I’m supposed to get it my truck that I requested was not ready. They first acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about about. Then, they told me that I only get that if they didn’t have another truck for me. I showed them the post on the uhaul website “Reservation guarantee U-Haul agrees to contact a reserved customer the day prior to pickup to finalize time, place and equipment size. If this varies from customer's reservation preference and an acceptable alternative is not agreeable, U-Haul will make a $50 "Reservation Guarantee" payment, the reservation will be terminated and the matter closed. Should U-Haul, through its fault, fail to contact the customer the day prior and be unable to meet preferred time, place, or size, then the $50 reservation guarantee will be paid and U-Haul will still attempt to fill the reservation.” I asked to speak to a manager, but they said the manager is not around. I accepted the 20inch truck because I needed a truck immediately. Which made me use more mileage because I had to make several trips. When I went to return the truck, I asked to speak to a manager, they claimed the manager was unavailable and they didn’t know when the manager would be in. The lady I met when returning the truck stated that the employee I picked the truck up from did not put any notes and therefore she can’t do anything about it. Very poor customer service. The guy I got the truck from was nice. The lady I returned it to had an attitude when I asked her for the $50 reservation guarantee. I still want my $50 Reservation Guarantee.

The customer service sucks! The woman’s who helped me was unprofessional. Didn’t apologize about the wait, didn’t explain why I was waiting. She used “in-house” terms that Me as a customer didn’t understand!. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there just did her job because it’s what pays. Her and other employees talked about work related issues that should have been behind the scenes! & the bathrooms we’re VERY AND HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE!

I am giving one star, because i made a reservation from the U-Haul Moving & Storage of Granville Station located at 8626 N Granville Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53224. Talking to the gal at that location she said it would only cost me $0.79 a mile to use the truck on Friday 12/15/2017, and instead i got the $1.19 rate weekend rate. The location i rented the truck from was fine, it was the other location that i am upset with.

Make sure what you tell customer when they pick up vehicle is the same as when they return. Plus refund the difference in mileage if used less than what was scheduled to be used

I stop at 3 different locations just for 1 trailer that was not at the 1st two locations as said than it took a half hour to place a hold on a trailer that was not their an 45 mins to get a trailer at the 3rd location and I was 1st in line but placed last!!!!! And charge full prize after all that
