The inside of the truck under the seats were dirty when we got it. We didn't mind just didn't want to get charged for cleaning and the dolle never had a green tab on it to indicate that we hadn't used it.

I like the location of this drop off but man is that chick hard to deal with. i have never dropped of equipment without some difficulty. She threatens with charges ("but I won't charge you, but I could") I had to point out a report "X" sticker or she was going to charge me for a scratch in the decal on the box.The fuel is often an argument as is her idea of cleanliness. I keep telling myself not to go back there but i do, Hopefully I have learned my lesson.

Just got my bill via email and there is $39 of charges added to my bill. For gas after I made sure it was returned with more gas then I picked it up with. Then a safe move charge of $14 for 2 days

Was told that the Milton Freewater location had the 20’ truck. It was going to be inconvenient for me but the operator gave me a deal. So I went for it. Went to pick up the truck. But this lady who’s office is so clustered with crud you could barely move. There was one person ahead of us. When it was our turn the woman was borderline rude. Then she says to us that she doesn’t have a 20’. She says something to the effect that corporate was too slow she gave the 20’ away firsthand before corporate. The 26’ was what she had if I wanted it. So I told her that the 26’ was too big and did the other place I was originally going to had one. She tells us no but wouldn’t look for other places around the area we lived in. And that her computer was too old. Sooo I had to take the 26’and risk my belongings flying all over because corporate and this woman can’t communicate because this woman says her computer is too old and it can’t do certain things she says.

Poor experience with over the phone customer service. I have never had to go to a different pick up site than the one I had selected to pick up a my rental truck. The other site was further away and cost me more in mileage and gas. When I brought that to the manager’s attention she told me I had agreed to it in the terms and conditions and there was nothing she could do to help. I hope they improve on the site clarity of this for future users. The truck was dirty and covered in dings and scratches. I ordered the extra coverage at the last minute because I didn’t want to be blamed for a mark or a scratch that they had not noticed before. My appliance dolly was not on the truck when I arrived and the company I rented from was not open when I picked up the truck. I was stuck waiting on them to open and with my extra miles it took over an hour to rent a truck from them. I have used U-Haul for over a decade when moving or relocating something. I am extremely diasapointed to share my poor experience.

It was a hassle to schedule the reservation, then had to reschedule because of over booking, then had to make further adjustmetns with the 247 ride share which was not functioning, yet the persons we spoke to were helpful in getting the situation handled.

Unfortunately the check out of the truck took almost an hour. I needed a tow dolly which they had at the location but the computer system would not let me take it from the location which meant I had to drive and pick it up at another location. While I was driving to that location Uhaul called me and said I could have picked it up there how annoying. I also had to drive an hour out of my way to go pick up the truck from this location that's an hour each way also very annoying when you're trying to pack and move. This location in Milton-Freewater was busy the day I picked up the truck in the lady there did her best the real issue was the computer system and the multiple delays with that we had to try and check out three four maybe five times. By the time I got checked out and spent an hour driving each way that was 3 hours of packing and moving time that was wasted

They forgot I was picking up at the appointed time so I had to wait for them and call to remind them that I was scheduled. Nice staff showed up 10-15 minutes later.
