Angela provide me with the greatest experience I've heard yet with running my second U-Haul she did a really great job with explaining everything and recommending the right coverage and to fill up before I bring it back and she let me know that I can contact her personally At the bottom of the contract what is her name and number they gave me great comfort knowing if I had a problem I could talk to somebody other than a computer great job as a customer care

There was a problem with the computer system that would not allow me to rent the cargo van. After a significant time spent troubleshooting, we gave up and I rented a box truck instead. The workers were professional and courteous, but the computer system was working against them.
The location staff were great and checked on me. The truck was clean and drove ok. Could use either new tires or alignment on the front and the drivers door had a huge gap around the drivers window had to stuff a towel gap but the location people were great.
Shorter in store processing time.
Without a doubt, the absolute worst experience ever using uhaul!! I rented a 26' truck with two dollies and auto transport. The dollies were not in the truck therefor I was not able to move my larger appliances. Causing me to rent for another day.. I also purchased a pull along that was defective and will not refund my money.
Marla was very helpful & polite when I returned the truck today. I will definitely use this location in the future!
