The attendant could not find my order. I had already checked in online and it clearly showed that it was and in town rental to be returned at the same place as pick up. The attendant claimed the order showed a one way rental. Even with the online check-in, the attendant took nearly 30 minutes to come complete the transaction. This was very disappointing. I had to pick up some items at 8 AM And I had scheduled to pick the trailer up at 7 AM. By the time the attendant completed the transaction and let me hit search the trailer it was almost 7:40 AM. Very poor this organized service.

I declined the insurance and was charged anyway. Also, i was told to drop off truck anytime on the 8th. No one advised me that there was a due time and if not brought back by that time i would be charges another day. This location / business is the worst experience i have dealt with. I rented two other trucks within the same time frame as this one and did not have the same experience. I am in shock that they are in business. Not to mention I had to park the truck because the person working couldn’t do it.



I had a hard time understanding his speech. There was confusion about how late the station was open and that created problems with my move because I had to stop to try to get done so I could take the truck back before the station closed. It put undo pressure on me and especially my movers!! I CAN NOT READ MY INVOICE !! The toner in the printer needs to be replaced immediately. The piece of paper for the receipt is NOT ACCEPTABLE! ! I can take a photo of same and text it to you. AWFUL! ! The station was very convenient.



When I arrived to drop off the truck, the representative did't know that the truck was in fact a u-haul truck. He then stated that I had gone over the mileage and charged me an additional charge of $5.25 , after I had already paid $118, and that the gas was not where it should have been. I only drove the truck oneway, and mentioned the adddress to which I would be traveling, and he calculated the mileage before I left the store. Very dissatisfied customer

The person checking in the truck didn't know how to work the computer for the check in. After 30 min. I was told a receipt would be emailed to me, I still have not received it. I would like to hear from someone and receive a receipt.



The clerk was very rude. The truck was dirty and when I called the clerk's attention to it he said' Just bring back as it is'.

The place is filthy. The employees untrained. The equipment -ok. They were unable to provide a final bill as their employee could not navigate the u-haul billing process after 40 minutes?! They told me that they would send the bill via email --HAVE NOT RECEIVED> A bad experience so far.

Maybe I am being picky but the person with authority to check you in an out was not on premises when we arrived. We had to wait almost thirty minute for the person to check us back in. On a day when you are moving, this is time you do not have.

It was a small, cluttered gas stationed. I felt bad for the worker because he was working by himself and had to run the gas station and check in the trailer at the same time. It would have been very annoying and an inconvenience had I been in a hurry. He was great, though!

Fought with giving me the truck after self service check in. Claimed internet was down. Was there for over an hour to get the truck. Truck was semi clean but had a check engine light on.

I was assisted by a man named Dave, and he helped ensure that the truck would be available and at the location that I selected. I am located in Kuwait, and was coordinating to have my belongings moved from Maryland to Georgia. Dave did everything to go above and beyond to assist me and I truly appreciate all of his efforts.



Person was very apologetic that the truck fifthy when we picked it but had not even looked at it to see how dirty it was. Nothing else was wrong with the truck but it was old and worn

The personnel was helpful but wanted to rush me out of the way. He was the only person at that location which also was a convenience store. He was more concern with the other patrons buying gas. I had to wait between those customers.

The rental process couldn't have been easier and the gentleman that helped me couldn't have been any nicer. It was a very positive experience.



This place had awful customer service. I WILL never go back to this location. It was also a gas station and while I was being helped the man working would STOP helping me to check out other people. In the middle of WASTING my time. I had to request that he stop and finish my paper work. Some how my order got canceled. It was awful. I have all ready called and reported this to customer service. Beacuse of everything I had to pay another 90 dollars to my movers beacuse something that should have taken 10 maybe 15 minutes took until 1:35 when my pick up time was 1pm and I arrived as 12:50.... Bad enough to make me never want to use Uhaul again . OH and the truck and a TIRE mantaince light on and I was told not to worry about it .....

Rented a van and received confirmation from facility. Morning of they did not have a van. They called a customer that had the van and wanted me to talk to him about brining it back. He asked me to speak with him 3 times. They wanted me to wait until later so he could bring it back. I refused to talk to the other customer as that is not my responsibility. I ended up having to take a truck which made my day much worse as I needed a van for height restriction reasons.They also tried to charge me the higher mileage ratesince I was taking a truck. They did adjust this to the lower rate yet I still had to drive a vehicle that was worse on gas than the van would have been. When I returned the van they told me to park it for them in a specific spot and then they would check me out. Vehicle had trash in cab as well as a tire maintenance light on that they told me not to worry about as it was broken. I will most likely use other truck rental companies from this point forward.

The staff does their best but it is extremely frustrating and time consuming to have one person managing the gas station, convenience store and Uhaul rentals. Clerk also could not explain charges satisfactorily.
