Only one lady running the store. She was largely selling lottery tickets. When I handed her my paperwork showing I was turning in the hauler, she said ok and put the paperwork aside. I said do you want me to leave it out back, she said ok. She knew nothing about handling trailer turn in.

This location was, overall, an okay working environment, but a language barrier made returning the uhaul difficult. To return the U-Haul, I had to provide a return number on a post-it note and hope that nobody vandalized the returned trailer before the location inspected it/checked it in the evening after I returned it. With steep cleaning fines, it's a lot to worry about others not destroying the unlocked trailer after I returned it without return confirmation.

No Paperwork. Cashier had to call the owner to get anything done. Waited a good 20 minutes. Charged me insurance and I didn't need it.

Checked vehicle in 1 day earlier than expected, when I got final statement, they had marked the date as if I had turned it in a day later thereby charging my Credit Card for the extra day that was not used. I spoke directly with U-Haul and they mentioned they would credit back the charge. We'll see what happens, if they do credit back, I'm fine. If not, I'm not going to be a "happy camper".

The lady at the counter never had me look at the truck or give me any paperwork. She just gave me the key and said "here you go, truck is around back". I paid the additional mileage although I have no idea where I started from.

I have not received an emailed receipt from this pick up location. Employee said she would email it to me but I have not received and emailed nor printed receipt.

This location did not have trailer or furniture wraps so I did not pick up trailer from this location. Trailer was picked up from Levelz Barbershop and nobody was there and I had to purchase wiring harness to connect trailer to truck. Would like some type of discount for all of the problems I had with this rental. I have rented trailers 7-8 times previously and never had a problem.

The people who run this u-haul are not helpful, are trying to run a gas/convenience store at the same time they are attempting to wait on you. In my haste, I didn't realize I had no paperwork, nothing registering my milage, or gas tank reading. I drove away having to move items in another town and only then realized the gas tank was totally EMPTY. I had to put $25 in it only to fill it to half. It was dirty, never appeared to be vacuumed out *full of dirt in the floorboard. A crate was already inside beween the seats. When I brought it back to the location, of course, the owners/operators of the business were not there, and a store clerk had to check me in and take down my information. I reported the empty gas tank and wrote my milage use down on a piece of paper! I left my nice Yeti cup in the uhaul and did not miss it until today. I just got a voice mail saying I had "left the uhaul dirty" and "would be charged unless I came to clean it out!!!!!!!" WHAT???? It was filthy and empty, and they took my cup! I left 1/4 tank of gas in it that I didn't use!!!!!!! I am going up there when the operators are there, and I have also reported it to the corporate office. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! They are terrible!!!!!!!!!

There was no pre inspection,told to "just drop off the key"..the girl handling it didn't know beans from apple butter..gave me the owner number who promptly hung up on me. No post inspection of truck, milage or gas fill. Horrible experience. No receipt

Horrible experience both picking up and returning the truck. Because this location is a gas station and only has one person working, it took forever to pick up and drop off. They had to stop repeatedly to assist the never ending line of customers. When I arrived to pick up, she could not find my reservation, even though I showed her proof of the reservation. I left because I could not stand around and continue waiting, then she called back to tell me she finally found it. Also when I picked up, the fuel level in the truck was not as indicated on my contract, but I was told it would be OK. When I arrived to return the truck, the woman behind the counter had no clue how to deal with U-Haul reservations and had to call someone else for assistance. She was rude and not at all helpful, capping this already terrible experience off in a horrible way. There are so many other U-Haul vendors in town, I will never use this one again.

Have the equipment available that they order. Have the correct truck size that they order, and a drop off box for the key. We used the incorrect uhaul for 1 day and got charged for 2. The best thing you can do in my opinion to help the customer is refer them to someone else. That's what I'm gonna do.

I made the reservation the evening before and when I arrived at the pick up location, the only person that could have rented the equipment to me had left to go to the bank. She arrived back at the pick up location 30 minutes after my scheduled time. The check out process took a long time and the attendant was reluctant to do a walk-around of the vehicle with me. The actual Uhaul had Q-tips and a lock left over from the previous user.

The operation is based out of a fuel station quick-mart, so when I called to update pickup time the service person asked me if I could hold. I agreed, the open phone handset was placed on the counter and I heard every cash register transaction for 19 minutes which ended with the phone being hung up on me without any conversation. The trailer was clean, all lights were in working order and functioned without any issues.
