The location was fine however a full day additional rental for 3 hours past the reservation is absurd and will no longer be using Uhaul at all in the future. The store was closing at the time the rental was due back and the employee told me if I return it after they close simply follow this pamphlet ... however he never said if you return it after close we will charge you another day. I checked the button asking the app to have someone contact me and I went to the store to have someone contact me but no one ever did until this human-less survey. Trailer was not checked inproperly by rep(Jeff) that unloaded it and was considered missing Monday when I received first call from renting rep. I went to store and wan shown on video returning trailer on time and in great condition. I was changed $312. For a one day rental that should have been $68. I have rented a far amount of trailers recently and have had no issues until this time, not sure I will return as a customer if this is not made right.MICHAEL H.

The experience was seem less however when I got home after the rental I looked and was charged for furniture pads and a utility dolly. I never asked for these. I actually told them I didn't need a dolly. I waited on hold with the number on the receipt for 20 minutes and no one answered. I know it's only $12 but it's the principle.TRAVIS S.

Not just this location, but all of uhaul really screwed this one up. I had a 9 am reservation for a 15' van that got pushed back to noon because none were available. I chose this location for â€œguaranteed availability.â€ That's the only reason I drove out to Milford, and they had none available at 9 am and then again at noon. So then I drove out to a Marathon in the middle of nowhere South Lebanon at 3pm, where I was promised there'd be a truck there for me, and of course there was not and the guy there was not accommodating whatsoever, but that's besides the story. So I call uhaul and was told to drive back to the location in Milford for the 3RD TIME that day and was again told that they had nothing available. After arguing and pleading my case, I was finally given a van 7 hours after my original reservation at the fourth location that I went to that day. I hired movers that morning that ended up being a complete waste. Uhaul probably owes me money and needs to learn what the word â€œguaranteedâ€ means.Alexander C.

My contract # was 27309536. They over billed me for fuel charge. They had the fuel wrong to start the gauge was at 1/4. I put in 3 gallons of gas which I can share my receipt drove less then then 20 miles. So unless the truck gets less then 7 miles/gallon I put in more then I used. My vault for not calling it out before I left but I took a picture, which I didn't capture enough of the fuel gauge. And in today's world of course when you call it goes to a call center and you have to wait on the line for hours. And the employee on duty had no interest in checking back in when I returned a just leave the keys in it and go, which in hindsight I would not leave the truck like that again unless I got a confirmation that I returned the truck in the same condition I found it. I have used this location many times an I have always had very positive experiences. Yesterday, the young man working was surly, rude and unhelpful. He told me to go back my trailer up to an area and unhook it myself. When I told him that would be challenging, he simply said 'yeah, that's fine'. I finally had to go back inside and tell him I could not lift the trailer off myself in order for him to come help.Katherine O.
