Not a thing - everything went smoothly!

I was not able to get the size truck I had reserved. The woman that called less than 24 hours before pick up time, was rude and dismissive. I could hear her kids fighting in the background. The truck was dirty and almost out of gas. I did not plan on spending my first hour gassing up and cleaning the truck. The facility I picked up the truck is an unpaved mud pit. Eventually I was able to get a hold of a nice lady on the 800 # that helped me get the truck checked in. Otherwise this rating would be “poor”.

Operator of location was very pleasant and helpful. He advised me on what I needed to accomplish my moving job. The vehicle was clean and well serviced. He also warmed it up and drove it up to the rental office so that I would not have to walk in the snow to drive the vehicle off. I was happy dealing with the gentleman.

Was quoted $0.59/mi, but was charged $0.69. When I called Frank said he charged more on Fridays and didn't correct it. Not cool.

The service at point of rental was very good in my past two rentals; however, in both cases I was told something would automatically 'happen' when it came to my billing and neither one actually took place. First, was a $100.00 discount that never showed up until I called. Second, was a a discount certificate that I presented at time of rental and was told that would show up on my final bill. It did not until I called. In both instances, after making the call, the discounts promptly showed up.

Frank is a good sort and makes up for the shabby office. Put winter tires on the truck or watch the fleet go in the ditch, river, and get wrapped around every tree.

The person that hooked up the tow dolly did not hook it up properly, The second day in the morning when we stopped for gas, I checked the straps on the tires and both of them was off and no safety chains had been put around the axle, it was just sitting on the dolly without being held on, I had to unload and reload and put the straps on and the safety chains around the axle, Thankfully the car did not come off the dolly and kill someone.

I would rather start with a full tank of gas. It only had 3/8, so I had to fill it to make sure I had enough to get back and forth to Boston. As well as moving from one location to the next, in the Boston area. Although I left the truck with 1/2 a tank of gas; there was no reimbursement for the extra gas I gave you. Yet if I had left the truck with less gas, then I would have been charged. It should work both ways. That's called "Providing Great Customer Service" and it's actual fair to all parties!

Arrived and nobody was at the window. The sign said press the button, but no button existed. When I asked, about when they were open on Monday I was told 8AM. When I arrived at 8:30 the door was locked and the sign said closed but I was able to use the app to and key drop to return the van.
