The tow dolley needed a new wheel fender and tail light as it was damaged when I picked it up. The personnel there were great to work with. Would do it all again if / or needed. Thank you very much.
People were friendly, it took a little bit of time because they were training a new employee. They didn't have an appliance dolly, which I reserved. I had to buy a appliance dolly from Home Depot because there was not another Uhaul location open in the area. Also I only got 6 packing blankets instead of 12, this was an honest mistake as the packets of 6 blankets looked like it had 12 in them. Overall the employees were very friendly, I am still a little disappointed that they didn't have an appliance dolly.

My check in to this Midway, UT location was super easy, especially on a holiday. The lady that checked me in was very cheerful, friendly and professional. Great experience!

The only issue was we were supposed to pick it up in Heber. Went to Heber and they change the address at the last minute to Midway.
Check-out was secondary to convenience store purchases taking twice as long. Had to hook-up and check lights by myself. Return was even worse. Brought back and put in exact same place 2 hrs early. Attendant took 43 minutes to clear a simple return. Of the 4hrs & 30mins of use a good part of the time was checking out and in. I'm 72 yrs old with recent hip surgery and the process was grueling. U-haul is upstaged by gas and groceries and if time is important go to a u-haul dealer.
There was only 1 person running the store and the uhaul rental at the same time. Although he was very helpful and I felt bad for him, he was having to check customers out at the same time as processing my trailer pickup. The trailer didn't have anything to lift the hitch to the ball, which was very difficult, and one of the tires had a screw in it and was flat when we left the lot. We had to fix the tire. I would think that they would inspect the trailers before renting them out.
It was hard to tell that the gas station was the pick up place for the trailer. There needs to be a sign in front in instructions on the pick up info that it is the Ridley's gas station and not the store.
Separate the gas station attendant from uhaul attendant. Don't hire 16 year old kids to handle important rental contracts.
The name of the location says Ridley's Market, but it is really Ridley's Express, which is across the street from the Market. It's a little confusing.
Return location was very convenient.
We have no complaints about this location
When we got there to pick up the trailer the cashier informed us that she hadn't been trained on UHaul. After looking at the computer, and also working with other customers for the c-Store about 30 minutes she told us to "just take it". I would rather go to a uhaul authorized dealer that knows how to operate the system and can assist in hooking up the trailer. My wife shouldn't be out there helping me lift the trailer to the truck hitch. I use Uhaul a lot and will continue to do so, but I will not go to that location again. It was a very frustrating start to a long moving weekend.
They did not check connection for hitch or electrical. Pointed toward which trailer to take and walked away.
Again the employees are all very pleasant the drop off was in the gas station the facility was clean and well-maintained.
The woman who helped me with the rental was very nice and knowledgeable about the rental process. I had no issues picking up the trailer.
Easy to find. Location clean.
The rental pickup took over an hour and was very frustrating. The pickup was at a gas station and there was only one cashier who was expected to complete the paperwork for the rental and go through the rental checkout process at the same time as he managed the cash register. So I had to wait anytime a customer came to make a purchase and there were many customers. Also, there was a problem with the computer checkout. I had to give the cashier my information three times (while being interrupted by customers) even though I had already put it in for the reservation. This was a very poor process.
The location is also a gas station and convenience store. So it was busy at 7:30 am. But the lady who helped us was efficient and did a very good job.
It would have been nice to have the trailer cleaned before we pick it up. We had to clean it before we loaded.
Clean out the cab of the truck a bit more. It wasn't;t a big deal but it was kind of messy. Overall the service was great and the people behind the counter were very warm, friendly and professional.
