Disorganized and rude. I will do my best to avoid renting here in the future. They refused to give me the rental even though I showed them I was billed, and dangled the keys in front of me saying "you're not going to get our vehicle." This hold up cost us 30 minutes and subsequently ruined our schedule making us have to pay double for the help we had hired. After we returned the vehicle the place had the gal to suggest we didn't return it, even though we had returned it 30 minutes before it was due.
