When I picked up the trailer it was raining, and there was no one to hook it up to my suv. I ask what size ball, the clerk didn't know, and stated she was the only one there and couldn't help me hook it up. I had to look around the trailer to find the size ball needed and then I had to flip my hitch around and hook up the trailer myself, in the rain. Drop location, was just that, no one at the facility during business hours.

Honestly the truck rode like a tank but what else would you expect from a 26' moving truck, luckily I only had the to driver it 4 miles.

leanna tThis is not a comment for this location, but an overall comment. Like a rental car, the fuel tank should be full upon pick up and then should be returned full. Trying to make sure the tank is returned to some non-full location is ridiculous and stressful.
