me dijieron una tarifa y han intentado cobrarme 2 veces distintos montos el camión tenía comida podrida debajo del asiento además cuando lo recojo tenia homless durmiendo en su interior fue un pésimo servicio

The would say that the customer service was great, but just pick up the rental early if possible.

ALBERTO MI got charged $15 for Insurance at the location, and I declined it when I submitted the reservation on the app, the guy was new and couldn't do anything to reverse the transaction and refund my money, on top of that I was changed $96.96 and my total rental was $85.22. Not satisfied at all.
ALLAN VKeep the homeless, crack addicts from living out of the U-Haul. This was a bad experience I rather get U-Haul truck from the actual place itself not no one affiliated or partnered with U-Haul.
